Excellent staff and service good place excellent location very clean and neat good food good breakfast would like to visit again

it has such a wonderful view that its a must visit resort. Overall experience is good but not great. Restaurant staff needs lot of training, Laila is better of them. Room service staff is excellent especially Gaurav and Rotango, House keeping staff is good especially Nivas and Pinki. Breakfast spread is not huge but it was well thought of and tasty. Full marks to the buffet breakfast. Overall view is great and food is also good.

The hospitality is zero, staff is extremely rude, no respect for guests, surprising part is guests hard money that goes into the running the hotel & they are ones most disrespected. If asked for anything then you are met with negative & rude replies, blaming past guests for their lousy policies like late breakfast timings etc. There was a hair found in upma which was immediately answered as 'must be of some previous guest standing ahead'. Loud music at small sized restaurant, no peaceful dining experience, both days rotis served were undercooked & onion given were stale,extremely thin walls of the room, one can hear everything from other rooms, big dirty stains on curtains, continous reminder calls starting from 10am, even though check out time was 11..& again calls after exactly 11..!! What kind of disrespectful behavior towards guests, forget about politeness, warm welcome or hospitality. They have banked upon beautiful view but missed on all other aspects in hospitality. Surely never coming here again.

How nicely the fake 5 star reviews has been established,especially looking at those reviewers having similarly-patterned names..!Starting from reception until leaving from the gate of the hotel(where the short-heighted gatekeeper outright asked for money!),the experience was extremely cringe worthy, shocking & degrading as the moments went by.While checking in, when asked at the reception if they do provide umbrellas temporarily, instead of plainly saying they do not,they choose to blame all their previous guests, saying they take away those at their homes!Wow, stating ur previous guests to be thieves!Then we asked breakfast & dinner timings,again some poor unknowing guests were blamed that all of them come down very late,so we decided to keep timings as 8:30 am/pm respectively..!Have never encountered such timings at any hotel/ resort who serve meals to their guests so late & then blaming them only! Worst part, next day when we entered restaurant at 8:25,we heard duty manager stating other guests,that breakfast would start at 8:30 only evn though everything was ready! Unbelievable,for 5mins they had to mention it,especially to those senior citizens who were roaming around the buffet,looking hungry & waiting for 8:30 to strike..!Then,i discovered big hair entangled completely inside Upma,to which again some innocent guest who was ahead of me,was blamed & was said it must be hers only,coz 'chef clearly said it's not due to us'! Wow.. Again instead of accepting the mistake,which is plausible,they choose to blame everything on guests who come n spend their hard earned money,only to be blamed later at their back..!The live music was so loud given the size of the restaurant was so small, when asked upon to reduce the volume of speakers little bit,we were asked to move to another restaurant!When mentioned about the stale & refrigerated onions served at dinner,instead of rectifying mistake,was served same way next day too..!So no chance of improvement,but to remain stubborn in their ways.Even first batch of rotis served were undercooked & only after complaining they changed it,only to remain same way next day,but we were tired of their stubborn attitude & left it at that.Just imagine serving only onion & lemon at side instead of proper green salad,even at dhabas they serve more then only onions!When asked for drinking water while having dinner,they said it would be chargeable,even for Inhouse guest! Else have it from their jugs in which they serve water,looking at its colour & upkeep,we decided better to remain thirsty rather then having from the same.We even saw one guest during breakfast asked for sweet milk for her infant, to which the duty manager blatantly denied, saying only things served at buffet would be provided,rest is chargeable!She requested twice that it's only milk with sugar instead of plain milk,Only after that the Infant was served! Not At All guest friendly.Once we asked for tissue paper from room,they denied saying they dont give ti

Nilesh from restaurant is very helpful and he is very generous. Food is awesome, and the hospitality is at its peak, all staff is very nice and polite.

I went walk in for dinner and our family really loved the food. Overall Ambience, Taste n Quality of food was Very excellent. Dimsums were super!!! Thank you Samar our steward for good suggestions and good service ! And live music added to the fab atmosphere
