Service: The customer service was very good! All the individuals were very warm and courteous, especially the staff at the kitchen in the mornings. Breakfast : The breakfast was very good. There were many items to choose from. They also tried to switch up the different food items/options daily. Location: The hotel is a little distant from the Tocumen airport, maybe about 20-30 minutes drive. The hotel is right beside a KFC. There are a few restaurants and a bar nearby as well. Taxis are easy to get at the hotel. Depending on your destination, fare is from 5USD up. Casco Viejo is about 15 minutes away. Amenities: I didn’t really love the amenities. They were no toothbrush/toothpaste provided and other common things that I expected as it relates to amenities. Birthday: It was my spouse’s birthday and we went out and came back and saw that the hotel left a delicious slice of cake, fruits and a letter on our table for my spouse. THANK YOU!!!!😊😊😊😊😊 The hotel was clean. The lobby area is great for photos. The check in process was smooth. The pool has a bar and restaurant with reasonable prices! We enjoyed our stay 😊😊😊

Durante l'epidemia, la loro colazione a buffet è cambiata in un menu. Se la colazione è inclusa nella tariffa della camera, ci dovrebbero essere tre opzioni. Feel free to stay at this holiday Inn if you are planning to stary close to the city area. The hotel is literally in the middle of the banking area and has a subway station near by. Uber arrive fast since this is a busy area. Ideal for business stays in my opinion.

The bad Had broken fixtures and plugs that didnt work in my room, no hot water for over 12 days, I believe they're trying to save money by rotating floors, or times when it's barely available as I only had it for less than 10% of my stay. Safety around the hotel is pretty bad after midnight, the base of the footpath to via espana will have 2-5 African women near the McDonalds who try to rob you after midnight. Chances are youll need extra water and drinks throughout your stay, Costa Azul is 24 hours and there's a convenience store right across that is as well. Fridges are small, half the size of a small bar fridge, you can probably fit 4 x 500ml bottles of water and a few pieces of fruit. Depth of top shelf is 4 inches and bottom is around 8 inches, more often than not, there will be lots of black mould inside so keep your items covered or wash thoroughly Most staff don't speak english and there is limited access to concierge or other services. You're going to have staff coming into your room 2-3x per day, between towels, regular housekeeping and water/coffee replenishment, so keep your items locked and secured (I'm missing about $80). Overall an extremely poor showing from what's supposed to be a Radisson. The good Conveniently located close to the main banking area, has access to metro with a 2 min walk, has access to about 4 casa de cambios in a 3 minute walk. Good cleanliness and friendly staff, breakfast is included but gets boring very quick. Tons of good restaurants in the immediate area like Costa Azul, Beirut, La Casa del Marisco and Las Palmas in the hotel. I'd say this hotel is only good for mid-market, Pan and South American clients travelling with families or retirees. Not good for business or solo travellers, not good for english speaking travellers. It is one of the hotels COPA uses to house guests from cancelled flights so there may be a lot of noise.

I camerieri di questo hotel sono particolarmente accoglienti e amichevoli. La pulizia è tempestiva e pulita, le sabane cambiano in tempo e la piscina viene disinfettata e filtrata regolarmente. La cucina è ben attrezzata e ben attrezzata. Sono stato qui per 20 giorni. Facile da comprare intorno, eccellente prezzo e buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Io pianifica di continuare qui e spero di vedere i miei amici commentati venire a vivere qui. ¡E' davvero buono!

The room was everything I expected to see at a Marriott. Great bed, pillows, sheets, clean etc etc. Breakfast, well it was my first day in Panama so I didn't realize how expensive it was for food here. So I felt like it was over priced for a basic buffet. I've had better buffets in much cheaper hotels in very expensive places such as iceland so... Also the price online we different from what I was charged which was irritating. Also when I asked the server how to pay earlier, by charge to the room or here (he had just asked me for my room number) he stated he would get back to me. He never did, despite my asking for water. And a spoon. And cream. Because none of this was supplied to me and not available at the buffet. So when I saw other people just up and leaving without paying a bill I assumed it would be charged to the room. And since the server still wasn't around when I was leaving, I just left. When I went to pay the bill that night it was a disaster and took nearly an hour to sort out. And I got called back down to the front desk twice for this. Then I got three calls at random times through the night from some automated Spanish speaking thing and my 2 am Spanish was not up to translation. I tried calling the front desk to ask what was going on. I assumed maybe incorrectly entered wake up calls. But there was no answer. It just rang. This happened twice and the third time I just disconnected the phone. Not thrilled with this stay.

What a disaster experience ! Really a shame for a brand and image like Intercontinental. A ”i don't care” attitude all over the place, bad service, bad rooms ... Difficult to find something positive about this hotel except the location and the view. 1) forget any decent checkin : the staff don't even look at you (even if you wait at the special counter for IHG level guests ; i was told ”come here” ... Nice welcome. 2) room was not ready at the end of the day 3) area of swimming pool is just dirty (paper, dust all around) - see picture 4) room is not fresh; air conditionning leaking on the wall and floor, 1 cm space between the door and the wall ... Avoid a room close to the lift because you will hear the whole night the ding dong ... 5) don t disturb some staff member at the breakfast; they are not there to clean the table or serve a coffee (when you finally call him, he just avoids to come) Was it only us ? Are we too demanding for such an hotel ? Never again ...

Every time I visit Panama I stay in this hotel. This time I stayed for a month (Feb. 12-Mar. 14). Each room comes with a fully equipped kitchen with dishes for 4, gas stove to cook a gourmet dinner and all the pots and pans needed. Also included is a clothes washer/dryer. Each bathroom has a storm shower. The location is ideal: a block up from the shopping center and subway. If you need to rent a car, there are 5 rental agencies right outside the main entrance or down the street. There's also a dry cleaners and grocery store next to the car rental and a pharmacy down the street. Restaurants are all around; if you don't desire going out for dinner the hotel has a very good restaurant with a selection each day of meat, fish or chicken (two of my favorite soups are their meat and chicken (not your typical Campbell's) dishes. Besides the swimming pool there's a fully equipped gym with many exercise machines. Breakfast is served every morning on the terrace with people lined up for their special freshly made omeletts; if you prefer there's a section of Panamanian breakfast selections; there's also a fruit and juice bar. The staff is very outgoing and helpful: Elizabeth Saury and Derek Lashley are in Executive Sales and they are every ready to help you in planning outings and trips throughout the country. I've sent friends to this hotel and they end up being very satisfied.
