Front desk staff were amazing… close to the beach and everything. Housekeeping could do a better job, we bought bleach cleaner to clean the kitchen and bathroom area ourself. There is no daily housekeeping. Very nice stay for the money.

It is an old, unkept hotel. We stayed for 10 days and had to clean our own room & get more supplies at the desk as they stated they did not have enough staff.
Had a nice view on the balcony but could smell pot, cigarettes on a daily basis while sitting on the balcony. Guests slamming doors in middle of night. Elevator sketchy.
This place is in desperate need of good management.

After 2 trips to office, because key dont work the maintaince opened the door to a room that wasnt even made up. Nothing but sheets on beds, i like some sort of blanket, even a thin one would be nice! I will NOT ever stay here again!!!!!!

The room was a lil ran down. No blankets on the bed half cleaned and coffee pot was filthy and full of mildew. Rooms could use a nice update. Nice beach view

The layout of the rooms is efficient unique. The front door exit leads to the elevator and front entrance, while the back door leads to a private balcony with stunning views.

When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. It was freezing cold outside and the doors to the lobby were all open. After a while I found a sign that the wind blew over saying we had to walk to the hotel next door to check in. We had to walk next door in 40 degree windy weather to be able to check in. The room was clean and had a nice view, no complaints there. The mattresses were awful. You could feel the springs through the mattress making for a very uncomfortable sleepless night.

very dirty, rude staff, super noisy, our AC didn’t work, then we moved from that room to another which was a downgrade from a suite. Check in is at a completely different hotel located beside our room. The number we tried calling for 1 1/2 day no one answered, so we had to walk next door to let them know about our AC problems.

First of all, we had to walk to the hotel next door to check in. Check in line was long with only 1 staff checking people in. Room was old, outdated, uncomfortable beds, not very clean. No wash rags in room, 1 roll of toilet paper, phone wasn't working, smoke alarm was pulled out & had no battery in it, toilet kept running. Great views though.
