We just checked in on 10/7. They have 2 working elevators for 30 floors. Customers are waiting 45 plus minutes for an elevator. Vacasa refuses to even give a courtesy refund because they don't manage the elevators! The elevators have been non working for several weeks but we were not notified prior to our check in. There are 13 of us in 3 different units on floors 19, 20 and 27. My middle daughter has epilepsy so I pray we do not have an emergency and need to get her to the first floor. This is our first and last time at Tidewater!!

First off the condo we was in was clean .The furniture was nasty, three wash clothes for 6 people Not even a broom to sweep up the sand that the grands brought in.The beach service guys were very rude. Especially when they found out your beach chairs was included in your booking and not a pay by day .The owners that we meet was very rude also. We had an altercation with one couple. That instructed us that we should have put three chairs back at another table that we didn't move The whole time I was holding the gate for them to pass through. Just a nasty couple. I feel you can have a lot better experience for the money elsewhere

It’s not fancy, furniture is outdated and it’s a dark unit. It serves the purpose of eating and sleeping. The fridge didn’t get cold and there wasn’t a light inside the fridge or over the stove top. The building has great activities for the kids and the beach is nice, and you get beach chairs but get there early to reserve.

So I don’t recommend bc well the elevators where very slow to come up and down the doors on most of the rooms looked like they were beat up and they had like 2 elevators working and one of the elevators in the parking garage were down so that only left one elevator in the parking garage working so if you’re looking for a place with fast elevator don’t go here or Shores Of Panama

The condo itself was very nice. That’s it. The property was not! Everything you read about the elevators is true. I felt like I was waiting in line at Disney just to get on the elevator. Then when we did manage to get on, it would say going down, but we went up. Or up went down. A couple of the elevators were down which made it worse. But this has been an ongoing problem and there is no excuse for not having it fixed at this point. They are also REALLY anal about where you put your umbrella. We were asked to move ours to the wet sand. The attendant showed us where we could put it and then he came back 3 hours later and told us we needed to move again. I was like “dude, we put it where YOU told us to!” Then he was suddenly ok with it and left. The property is outdated and needs a big Reno. We will never stay here again just for the elevators alone.

Condo was great the staff was very nice, the only down side was the people that rent the chairs that were telling people to basically move their chairs and umbrellas to the water line. This was a daily problem and some what unsafe for small children and parents can it just sit and enjoy the beach. Many guest like ourselves stated they not return if the same rental company and operations stays the same. The General Manager was great and unfortunately we almost spoke daily. Just beware and ready for a conflict if you want to sit and enjoy the beach.

I was shocked by the issues we were faced with, We booked Once we arrived, I was shocked. This was my first time using VBRO. For what they charge via VBRO. We contacted the company, only to NOT get a response. I do NOT recommend Tidewater, ever. See the pictures below. Outlet in Bunk room, did not even have a outlet cover.

The condo was nice and clean, however, the elevators were horribly slow. 30-45 minute wait for an elevator. Never really spoke to any employees, they didn’t seem very helpful. Have to leave an ID to get a luggage cart. It’s ok, but not great. There are two outdoor pools, one on either side of the resort, but only one has a bar/snow cone place. There is also an indoor pool but it was like a hot tub, it’s hot! I’ve stayed at better, but also stayed at worse resorts.

Worst elevators on the beach!! Would not recommend staying here unless you are fine being stuck at one place. Rooms were great but would never stay again due to elevators. It takes you about 45 min every trip to get where you’re going. It’s a vacation you will work out at!
