Palm Grove

WARNING: These photos are not for the faint of heart! Viewer digression is advised. This place was a ********* hotel that should be SHUT DOWN!! The pictures on Trip Advisor were CLEARLY not recent so here are more accurate pictures. We were in this room long enough to walk through it and take pictures and then we went right back to The Reef/Seahaven to get our $360 back so we could find somewhere to fit our family of 7 (at 5:00 pm on a Saturday in June. Seahaven, you should be ashamed of yourselves!! The sweat on my husband's shirt was from being in the room for 10 minutes, while I tried to call The Reef (tried 8 times but no answer). There were Zero trash cans. Also, I got locked in because the door knob didn't work from the inside. It just continued to spin. Reporting this crack shack to the BBB!

Do not waste your money this place is nasty and they don’t care about there guest or the way this place looks awful there was black mold on the wall and on curtains behind the table toilet didn’t work it was bad and when I got there had to go to another hotel to check in because there was no one there

If you love mold and nastiest??? This is your place. They should be ashamed to rent these rooms out. Mold mold mold!!!! No ac!!!! And let’s talk about the smell !they are tearing this place down in sept so they will not fix anything. I watched the manger walk out of our room and still rented it to us with no ac. I paid for a balcony room and the door wouldn’t even open to go out. Only good thing about this place is location. Just don’t do it !!!the other couple with us had to burn candles all day to just be able to handle the smell somewhat. The maintenance man did try. Give them a raise !!

Absolutely disgusting This motel should be condemned Mold everywhere including inside the AC that was blowing into our room. I’ve never been in a motel room so bad. There wasn’t any tables, no curtains and the blinds were destroyed. It was the worst I’ve ever seen and for $180 a night unbelievable.

Well, if you happen to come across this gem of a hotel, you'll undoubtedly see the exterior first. Take family pictures in front of the outside, because that's the best part of the hotel. They have on-site ******** too! You and your party can take bets on who will fall through the wood deck or wipe out on a step of the staircase. The wood is basically held together by the various layers of paint. As you open the door, make sure to knock on the door several times to warn the mold monsters to go back on the sliding door curtain, chair covers and bed. Finally, you can feel at home because you are greeted by dishes still in the sink for you to wash. If you feel adventurous, you can play pirate and try your luck on the wood plank...er...walkway to the beach. This hotel is perfect for those who live in nostalgia and want to experience a true vintage hotel on the beach...sans any updates since the day it was built.

Please do not visit this place. Panama City Beach is my heaven on earth, but this god-forsaken place ruined it this trip. It is absolutely disgusting. Black mold EVERYWHERE. Absolutely not an acceptable place to visit, let alone sleep. Broken everything; no furniture on the balcony (once you finally get the broken door to open.) We checked out early and received no explanation of anything! Please, please do not stay here.
