Hotel in zona Tepe Camping, Pamukkale

Ideal location in Pamukkale, looking straight on to the tavertines. Enjoyed swimming in the immaculate pool. Ali, who welcomed me at reception, was extremely helpful in advising on where to visit. He organised transport for me in his own car for a visit to an archaeological site nearby. Would highly recommend.

The only complains I can give about this place is that we didn't stay longer. Had we known how much this hotel would exceed our expectations we would have planned a few more days. Driving into the courtyard you instantly feel welcomed and at home. You are greeted by two wonderful pools one is a shallow one for children. It was a little chilly for us to use this time of year but I am sure in the heat of Summer it is absolutely divine. The family that runs this place are wonderful people. We were immediately offered coffee or tea while we waited for our rooms. The rooms are a decent size especially for the price you pay. The bathrooms are beautiful, you have your own little private hamam in your room. Having a disability it was nice to have such a large bathroom space. If needed you could fit a wheelchair into the shower. The bed was very comfortable, and it was very quiet at night. The only thing I would mention is it does get a little chilly at night. I recommend asking someone how to use the heat in your room. There are a few steps to get to the lower level rooms, as well there is a ramp available. Either way, everyone is more than happy to help you manage anything you need. One of the owners, Ismail, was full of recommendations for how to best enjoy the local sites. He is very well traveled and has put a lot of work into learning multiple languages through his travels. If he is not too busy he is a very interesting person to sit and have a conversation with. He even took the kilim (Turkish rug) I bought in Istanbul to speak with someone to see if I would get the same story from the person I bought from. He came back with more information than I originally got, including proper ways to care for it as someone had washed it in hot water previously which caused the colors to run. Ismail did this out of his own curiosity, he is not trying to sell me anything more. There was never any pressure to buy or book anything extra. Just good advice! I honestly can't say enough about this place, the experiences was worth way more than you pay. And the hosting family treat you better than you would get at a hotel for 10 times the price. The matriarch of the family makes a wonderful butter which you can have with your morning breakfast. The location is fantastic, it is a quick drive to the travertine's / ruins, or it is not too far if you want to walk. A beautiful area to go hiking in. The people of the town are amazing. You truly get the vibe of a small town where everybody knows everybody. Good humble kind people. Half of the residents work in the hotel industry and the other half are farmers. Every single person we encountered we're happy to take time to answer any questions. I highly recommend the Shah Sultan Ozturk! I would absolutely stay here again, only I would make sure it was for a longer time next time. Thank you so much Ismail and family for providing a beautiful experience in our travels! The room is spacious and comfortable. The downside is that there’s no glasses for drinking water or brushing teeth. There are also just a couple cloth hangers in the closet. I have to request to get a few more for my family. The breakfast is standard Turkish style. Be prepared to pay with cash if you have not pre-paid in advance. Also the lady owner seems a little stingy as she asked us to take a picture of the map instead of giving it to us free as all the other hotels.

Bella nuova struttura con poche camere. Anche se la piscina interna è piccola, ha piscina all'aperto e giacche, sauna e hamam. Le camere sono molto spaziose con riscaldamento dal pavimento e le bagni hanno grandi serbatoi per immergersi nell'acqua termica. Il personale è molto utile e la posizione è centrale come si ottiene. L'unico punto di svantaggio per noi è stato il ristorante (ci siamo stati a metà inverno) che aveva un menu limitato, ma solo pochi passi fuori l'hotel sono alcuni buoni ristoranti, quindi non è stato un problema.

Siamo arrivati a Pamukkale al mattino alle 5.30 dopo l’autobus notturno da Goreme. Avevo chiesto all’hotel se fosse possibile avere una camera con check in anticipato e mi hanno detto che non potevano garantirlo per l’alta stagione ma che potevamo lasciare tranquillamente i bagagli. Una volta arrivati invece la stanza era disponibile, grande, pulita e confortevole, non potevamo chiedere di più. La colazione è molto variegata e internazionale. L’ambiente è tranquillo e rilassante e anche il personale è stato sempre disponibile e cordiale. La posizione non è eccezionale ma Pamukkale è talmente piccola che si impiegano 15 min al massimo ad essere nella zona dei ristoranti.

Pros: L'edificio dell'hotel è moderno. Le dimensioni delle camere sono buone. Tutte le camere hanno un letto matrimoniale e singolo. Le piscine termali sono grandi. 24-hour rimanere solo Cons: Hai permesso un asciugamano al giorno Hai permesso un bacino per il giorno per le piscine Hai permesso un'acqua per cena Hai permesso un tè o un caffè solo al tempo del tè Non dimentichiamo il ristorante razzista che decide chi vuole aiutare. La ricezione ci controlla e poi chiama per dire che c'è un errore nella prenotazione. Una volta gli ho mostrato il mio biglietto. Dice che l'errore era sul loro lato. Dopo un lungo viaggio, era un disturbo aver dovuto tornare indietro e ordinare un controllo. Il cibo era terribile ... era limitato, e non è consentito portare in cibo dall'esterno. Internet è molto lento.

Il capo ha attivamente aggiornato la stanza, e ha raccomandato caldamente attrazioni di gioco vicine, e come il miglior modo di giocare come auto-auto-auto-ingresso nel Castello di Liu.La domanda è necessaria.Il colazione è anche molto ricco.E il prezzo dell'hotel è anche molto familiare (confrontato con l'hotel circostante), la voglia turca nella stanza è molto reale. Bella stanza con bagno termico privato. Molto leggero, pulito, buon wifi, grande terrazza, gas di cucina, ghiaccio. La pensione è situata nel bel mezzo della strada basar. Ci è stato permesso di parcheggiare la nostra auto anche alla pensione. Ci ha accolti con favore da mit. Parla bene l'inglese, ha dato buoni consigli e è molto utile. Pagare in euro o lire turche è uguale. Ci ha immediatamente dato una camera più grande allo stesso prezzo. Questo posto posso garantire assolutamente una rilassazione termica. Grazie Ümit.
