The facilities are quite old and partially broken. We reserved a room categorized as ”delux”. There was a broken toilet paper holder (though fixed upon request) and missing door in the shower. I asked why it's called ”delux” - I was said it's the windows direction, but we didn't have any special view, just facing a backyard and a fence. I should say they suggested us another room, but the windows there were just to the balconies of an adjucent hotel... I can't recommend the hotel restaurant either. First night we had a dinner there, and it was a mistake - ”Ceasar salad” come with some strange source (kind of vinegarette), and the ”Manti” dish looked like bought from the supermarket, no taste. On the positive, the breakfast was quite good - you have plenty to chose. Only coffee all the time finished. If you chose to eat outside, be aware of cats - they come to eat from unattended plates. The rooms were clean, and the stuff was polite. In addition, there are 2 pools. The location is very convenient, close to Travertines. Therefore I rate 3 stars, overall it was okay stay.

Buona scelta a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dal centro del paese. Viene comunque messa a disposizione una navetta gratuita che volendo vi porta anche all'upper gate del sito archeologico, che consigliamo di fare in discesa. Camere conforevoli e pulizia ineccepibile. Ottima la colazione con una buona scelta anche sul dolce. Gradevole il giardino e la zona piscina. Personale disponibilissimo e prodigo di consigli. Anche dopo il check-out in attesa di un trasferimento é possibile usare la doccia o rilassarsi in piscina. Dispobile parcheggio difronte all'hotel. Ottimo per rapporto qualità/prezzo.

We booked the hotel for pamukkale. We take shuttle bus from airport directly to hotel. The room is amazing! Clean and new The reception is very helpful and friendly We missed the breakfast but we tried the set meal at dinner time. The food in restaurant is very nice with low price. You can ask staffs to help you call taxi to airport and pamukkale if out of service hour

It was our first time to came in Turkey so we booked white heaven suite hotel for 2 days. Hotel’s reception, officer was very kind and friendly as well morning breakfast was too delicious to eat with scrambled eggs, cheese, many fruits and coffee. They always give us for free drinks including orange juice, beers, water. For instance, they help us how to book day or private travel, booking taxi, so on. One of the most exciting thing is swimming pool. It was great experience highly recommended place
