La stanza è stata molto costosa. Non lo apprezzo come 4 stelle, poiché circa 3 hotel a 3 stelle sono così buoni e offrono migliori strutture. Ha una sala da fitness e sauna e ristorante e bar. La camera è standard dimensione, un po 'oscura perché la metà inferiore della camera è dipinta grigio scuro con una grande immagine oscura sopra la testa del letto. Direi che il bagno è stato ristrutturato ma non la camera da letto. La finestra si trova sul 5° piano. 2 bot di acqua e 2 bot di vino bianco e un pkt di gelatina morbida sono regali di benvenuto. Non ci sono strutture per la preparazione di caffè/tea, quindi ho chiesto un caldo con qualche tè/caffè. Una caldaia è stata fornita con un paio di tazze di tè, nessun caffè e un po' di latte per la prima notte. Penso che io continuerò a chiedere più scorte, la custodia è fatto ogni giorno, ma le tole non sono cambiate ogni giorno come alcuni hotel. Lavato capelli/carni in uno è fornito, ma nessun condizionatore per capelli come la maggior parte hotel in Europa. Nessun lavastoviglie facciali forniti a meno che non sia richiesto. Nessuna tavola di ferro o di ferro. Nella stanza c'è un cassaforte e un frigorifero. Aircon funziona bene. TV è molto piccola. Il telecomando è molto difficile da premere per cambiare canali e abbiamo dovuto premere i pulsanti manualmente dietro la TV. Ho attraversato molti canali, ma non credo ci siano canali inglesi. Cercavo di fare una foto con il buffone posto davanti all'hotel senza toccarlo o vicino a lui, ma un paio di persone si sono adattate.

A one-week rental during San Fermin Festival served my husband and I very well. The efficiency kitchen was super helpful due to the length of stay and not wanting to walk far to a tapas place. However, pillows were non-supportive and seven kitchen items listed on the inventory sheet were missing. Had to wait one night for an extra pillow, never got the missing kitchen items and therefore had to function with only two drinking glasses. they ask guests to take out their own trash! After a couple of huge rain storms, we heard loud dripping within the wall behind our bed near our heads. Virtual reception apologized for the inconvenience but noted that was the way the building was constructed. We had to move our bed to an opposite wall and rearrange side tables. The fact there is no one in the facility helping guests in person with any regularity added to the frustration. ”Virtual” reception is a big failure. Also, there were so many blinking safety lights we had to cover them with stickers to get a good night's sleep. Crucial since hubby was running with the bulls early in the morning!

We had a twin room (on a tour) facing the street but there was absolutely no noise. The windows were double glazed and easy to open. The room was spacious enough to open two suitcases without tripping over each other. The beds, although they seemed hard, were remarkably comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, shampoo, body wash and soap provided. Towels large and the shower over the bath was a good size, good water pressure and a welcome change. Breakfast was great. No cereal but hot choices as well as breads, hams,cheeses. Nice hot coffee that doesn’t come out of a machine. One issue was the lifts and this is just being picky. They stop at floors you didn’t request, they close VERY quickly and will continue to close even if you stand in the doorway. And they really are tiny! However would definitely recommend this hotel.

Espectacular en todo, vistas, decoración y la habitación con terraza! Cama XL y baño muy amplio. Si hay algo que mejoraría sería quitar la puerta que interconecta las habitaciones ya que se oye mucho a los vecinos a través de esa puerta. El desayuno es impresionante, cereales kellogs en sus cajita, mermeladas de bote y zumos de bote, varios panes y tartas... Fabuloso!

UUtente anonimo地理位置特別好 在老城的山上 去哪裡都賊近. 我們是自駕去的 奔牛節期間老城都封了 我們還可以開車進城 感覺挺拉風的.
酒店裡麪小巧精緻，是一個古堡改的，所以房間肯定不會太大，但床巨大，我都沒見過這麼大的床，得兩米五？哈哈很舒服. 節日期間吵肯定是吵得了，就當背景音樂了。
奔牛節太棒了，此生系列屬於，感受西班牙人民的娛樂至死精神，活動超級超級多，就是身子骨跟不上，基本三四個活動就沒電了，這時住在城裡的好處就體現了，可以回酒店睡會充充電，夜裡起來接着high。
總之這次不虛此行，也強烈推薦大家這個地方。

Solid European property a block away from the Plaza de Toros and just a few minuts walking to all of the festival happenings but this is also at the easternish-end of the festival area so you can escape for a bit by just walking away from this property. We had a room overlooking the area leading to the Plaza de Toros and I can confirm that the festival is 24-7! Party noise outside at all hours of the night but you will get this anywhere in striking distance of the festival area so this is not on the hotel. The hotel itself is standard clean, pleasant and the rooms are a good size for Europe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This place has a small fitness room, which I always appreciate. I would absolutely stay here again.

PPedro lopez amatVa tutto bene, l'hotel e la sua posizione. L’unico dettaglio davvero scomodo è stato: le tovaglie erano nuove e le posarono senza essere lavate in anticipo, avevano un forte odore chimico e, quando si era asciugato, non assorbeno l’acqua e ti lasciava tutto il corpo pieno di pellicce. E' davvero infelice che tutte le tovaglie per il corpo fossero così, l'ho commentato in ricevimento e mi ha detto che erano nuove e per errore li hanno messi senza lavare prima.

UUtente ospiteNon ero qui da prima della pandemia, quindi è stato bello tornare a incontrare il personale amichevole, gentile e utile che lavora in questo hotel. Si trova nella parte moderna di Pamplona/Iruña, che non è particolarmente bella, ma se non hai il tuo veicolo, è molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e ancora a pochi passi dalla città antica (20-25 minuti). L'hotel dispone di un autobus urbano a 3 minuti dall'ingresso, dove l'autobus n.21 si ferma e vi porta alla stazione principale di Pamplona. La camera è confortevole e ben attrezzata, la camera in bagno è molto moderna e pulita, e il buffet è buono e riempito.

UUtente ospiteSomos una família con cinco miembros. Eso es un problema vayas donde vayas. Escogimos este establecimiento porque no había nada más ese día en Pamplona. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. Ese punto es muy positivo. El baño limpio y amplio, pero muy oscuro. Triste, pero positivo también. El aire acondicionado de la habitación potente, pero en los espacios comunes no hay nada. En agosto era un horno, supongo que en enero será una nevera. La recepción es la zona más triste y sucia. Te hunde la moral solo con verla. Es una mala primera impresión (y si le sumas la máquina de vending, ya....). El check-in digital es la opción de este establecimiento. Me parece una mala decisión, y más si tenemos en cuenta el barrio en el que se ubica este hostal (complicado a partir de ciertas horas de la noche, como para que algo no funcione bien, y te quedes en la calle.... ). Por cierto, el establecimiento está pared con pared con una gasolinera. Este hotel es la solución para grupos de jóvenes (el wifi es muy bueno) o parejas con dos hijos. Pero a nosotros no nos compensó, porque acabamos pagando 260€ por una noche las cinco personas en un hostal de 2 estrellas. No volveremos. m.
