Hotel a 3 stelle a Pamplona

Ben accoglienza, camera nichel, personale di ristorazione molto meno la sera per noi, (lo mettiamo sulla barriera della lingua?...)

Va tutto bene, l'hotel e la sua posizione. L’unico dettaglio davvero scomodo è stato: le tovaglie erano nuove e le posarono senza essere lavate in anticipo, avevano un forte odore chimico e, quando si era asciugato, non assorbeno l’acqua e ti lasciava tutto il corpo pieno di pellicce. E' davvero infelice che tutte le tovaglie per il corpo fossero così, l'ho commentato in ricevimento e mi ha detto che erano nuove e per errore li hanno messi senza lavare prima.

This is an older hotel located right downtown. Because of its age, rooms are smaller than average, but they have all been modernized and are very pleasant. Easy to control the heating and air conditioning. The hotel has a great restaurant and bar downstairs, with very friendly and professional English speaking staff. The front desk staff is also super friendly and helpful. No parking provided by the hotel, it might be difficult to find a place to put your car... ask about this when making a reservation. All in all, I'm happy I stayed there and I would gladly return.

Questo hotel si trova a 15 minuti a piedi dall'ascensore che porta al centro di Pamplona in una zona tranquilla. Camera essenziale, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Il parcheggio a pagamento porta direttamente in hotel. La colazione ci ha un pò delusi perchè viene servita in una saletta colazione che è anche un bar esterno e comprende 1 caffè, 1 bibita e a scelta un cornetto e uova o frutta, insomma limitante. Comunque a parte questo non ci siamo trovati male.

Booked the hotel last minutes as driving from UK to southern Spain and we chose Pamplona as a stop off. We weren’t going to reach the hotel until around 11pm that night and the hotel reception was going to be closed so they have a Whatapp service which talked us through accessing the hotel without any issue. The hotel itself is a great location with some tapas bars still open and serving food when we arrived. The room is fresh, clean and perfect for our stop over. Nice little touches of bottles of cold water in the fridge when we arrived. Comfy bed, great shower and all bed linen and towels felt like brand new. So impressed with this hotel will defo book again if we are back in this part of Spain.

Great location. Walking distance to bus and train station. Train is about half hour walk. Restaurants and bars close by. Pedestrian mall steps away. The best thing is the Carrefour grocery store across the street! Beware as its closed on Sundays. Check in was fast, took tiny elevator to our floor and the elevator stopped, then nothing! Here we are in the elevator, no signs, no indication of what to do. It took a while But you have to push the OPPOSITE wall of the elevator to reveal that it is a DOOR. What would it take to put a label on the door that says ”PUSH” or a label with the shape of a hand. The front desk could have warned us. The room: In our first room, large windows a/c leaked water all over the floor, we had to move. Second room, great view, quiet, nice really only thing it needed was a box of kleenex. Mini fridge keeps your groceries cool. Decor: Post Apocalyptic Grey cement, light brown halls, industrial heavy guage steel tables folded by 20 tonne press. Conclusion: Surprised that there is not more choice in Pamplona. Either ”no sleep, rock bottom price” or way too much. This hotel was too expensive for what it is. At the price we paid, there should have been breakfast included.... At least.

Estuvimos super agusto. Hay que tener en cuenta que todo se hace vía internet, el check-in, la entrada al apartamento, y todo. Te mandan un código para entrar al apartamento el cual tienes que marcar siempre que entres y salgas, paciencia para los más mayores. Las camas son cómodas (tirando a firmes) la cocina muy bien equipada, la cafetera es Nespresso, tostadora impecable. Puntos a mejorar: el sofá cama lo malo que hace ruido al moverse uno por el tipo de somier, el agua de la ducha se sale bastante pero puedes pedir una fregona ( vía watsup ) y enseguida vienen a traertela, y algo importante el escalón del balcón es muy alto, mi madre se tropezó pensando que era mas bajo, es decir, es más alto de lo habitual por ello tengan especial cuidado, convendría que pusieran un mini escalón o señalaran. Ojo con tu perrito si es chiquito porque la barandilla del balcón no llega hasta el suelo hay un espacio abierto por lo que mi perrita sacaba la cabeza así que la llevaba atada por el balcón. Por lo demás súper súper agusto de verdad, vistas al parque, azotea maravillosa, limpieza genial ! Permiten animales fuimos con nuestra perrita y super bien. Responden inmediatamente por watsup a todo, y los detalles d bienvenida son geniales la verdad se agradece 🙂

La habitación normal, nada de otro mundo, vestí e 2 noches y la verdad que hasta te bien

L'Hotel Europa è a pochi metri dalla Plaza del Castillo e tuttavia è in una posizione molto tranquilla che non soffrisce del rumore eccessivo delle strade vicine. Il colazione è ricco e vario e il servizio è di buon livello. L'hotel dispone anche di un ristorante Michelin-star nelle sale. Un hotel molto consigliato!
