Very old historic Gran Hotel, located at the best location in Pamplona !

Superior staff !! This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in a while. The rooms were well appointed, clean, fantastic shower. Located right on the main square with many restaurants and shopping on all the surrounding streets. Highly recommend if going to Pamplona

I was traveling with my brother and we both found the hotel to be lively. In particular, the device and the front desk staff was incredibly amicable and informative. The location was perfect and we were surprised that even though we were right on the plaza the rooms were very quiet. The rooms were well appointed and we were glad we selected a superior room with more room for the two of us.

Amazing historical hotel in the heart of old town. The staff was kind and very helpful. This was my second stay with them and would stay again.

What I liked was the location.
What I did not like was the room we were given. The room had no windows only a skylight. Only a view of the sky and rain. It had to be the worst hotel room that I have ever stayed in.
The whole purpose of staying at the hotel is its location and view of the central plaza. Although I called the hotel to request a room on the square . I was told that all the rooms had views. On arrival we were told it would be an additional 150 Euros a night to get a room with a view.
It is rated as a 5 star hotel in Spain - which it definitely is not. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Beautiful hotel in Pamplona convenient to everything. Professional and courteous staff. Wonderful shopping close to hotel. Great restaurants and cafes. Lovely and Historic Cafe Iruna only a block away which was recommended by lovely and engaging hotel staff.

A traditional hotel in the heart of Pamplona, situated in the main square where the running of the bulls takes place.
The rooms are very big, lots of space and very large bathroom. You can fit two people in the bath also has a large shower and two sinks.
We had a balcony that overlooked the street where the bulls would run, additional furniture was a coffee table and two chairs to relax in front of the balcony. For its size the room could benefit from an extra wardrobe.
The service was excellent, if you need to park you drive your car up to the entrance and it is valet parked for you at no cost.
The key you hand back each time you come and go.
You couldn’t ask for a better location, outside is the beautiful square where you can sit and soak up the atmosphere and have a delicious ice cream.
A few minutes walk is the bull ring where you can learn about the history of bull running.
So many lovely places to each a few minutes walk away.
We used the city bikes to cycle further out to the ciudadela, which were cheap to pick up and drop off at charging points (fully electric).
The hotel recommend La olla which was exceptional.
You also have to try Bar Gaucho for some pinchos.
