Swissotel Clark è per me il miglior hotel a nord. L'hotel stesso è incredibile. Ben mantenuto e gestito. Completo con così utili strutture come il giardino e il loro stato di zona di piscina d'arte. I ristoranti sono vari e possono godere di buon cibo e di buon ambiente, uno dei quali è il mercato, dove si serve il colazione. Il cibo qui è preparato proprio davanti a voi o si può semplicemente scegliere quello che si desidera dalla gamma di scelte freschi cucinati e serviti. Ma la parte migliore, per quanto mi riguarda, è la gente che occupa il dipartimento frontale... i dirigenti del lavoro e la loro squadra.Speciale grida a Sheryl, che era presente per dare un caloroso benvenuto a me e alla mia famiglia. Throughout the process of reservation I was updated reqularly and my special request were seen to ( I am physically challenged ). Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by all including the person entrusted with my luggage. Check-In was smooth and quick and I took advantage of the cash discount. My room 501 was spotless and very functional with a fully stocked and switched on cool fridge. Throughout my stay my room was cleaned reqularly and never once did I have to ask for anything they may have forgotten like towels etc. I enjoyed the balcony for reading purposes. IF however you need complete silence and solitude then I think definitely room 501 and possibly all the rooms facing the pool area should be fitted with double-glazed windows to drown out the excessive noise & shouting from the Korean Restaurant / Club directly behind the pool. This venue seems to fill after 22h30 and continues until 07h30 and the guest do not talk, THEY SHOUT at each other. Its truly excessive noise and on night one it woke me at 03h00 and I could not sleep until after 08h00. In 5 nights this happened three times although night one was the worst. I came very close to ask for an alternative room but chose not to as I did not feel like packing up again. The in-house restaurant caters mostly for carnivores and its the first restaurant that does not serve a fruit platter and the vegan / vegetarian options are very limited resulting in me eating out mostly. The pool attendants were quick & attentive and cleaned quickly after guest left.

I checked in at this hotel last November 21-24, 2023 for a conference at SMX Clark. The hotel is good and the price is affordable and very near my conference venue. It's also clean and the room that was assigned to me is also good. The staff are friendly and accommodating. This is worth recommending. Thank you Devera Hotel! Keep up the good service!

I was only here for a few days visiting with friends. The staff were friendly and helpful. A standard room had been booked for me. It was compact with a wardrobe and desk and chair. Aircon was noisy and blew directly on to the bed. The tv was excellent with many channels to choose from. The fridge was packed with a variety of drinks. Lighting was very good. The bed had clean linens and provided a comfortable sleep without the aircon on. The bathroom had a segregated shower with hot water and good pressure. Room cleaning was simply a matter of hanging your sign on the door. Food at the restaurant was good but we dined at different restaurants each day. The pool is large and well maintained. They can arrange airport transfers for you. Ideal quiet location only a short walk to Walking Street and a variety of shops. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel, rooms are good and spacious. Bathrooms are clean, location is okay and close to walking street, , staffs are friendly and breakfast is good.Peaceful stay, I recommend this hotel for friends and party lover travellers, rooftop pool bar is amazing, food can be improved in Thai restaurant, rest everything is amazing. I recommend this hotel.

We have stayed at Prism Hotel multiple times and it continues to be our preferred choice. The affordability of their rooms, coupled with its proximity to the bustling area of Angeles, makes it an ideal option for us. During our last two stays, we availed their Room Promo, which offered a room with a kitchen at an affordable rate of 2800 Pesos, excluding breakfast. The hotel boasts a delightful swimming pool and our kids particularly enjoyed the balcony. The rooms were clean, with fresh linens on the comfortable beds. Although the hotel has its own restaurant, we opted to explore the numerous dining options in the surrounding area. We even ordered food from an outside restaurant and were pleased that Prism Hotel allowed this without any corkage fee. Overall, if you're visiting Angeles City, Pampanga, Prism Hotel is a great choice.
