Abbiamo celebrato qui il compleanno di mio figlio e abbiamo soggiornato per 3 giorni e 2 notti, è stata la migliore decisione mai, perché l'hotel ha fatto la mia famiglia davvero speciale durante il nostro soggiorno. Ogni persona che era molto accogliente e gentile dava un sacco di trattamenti e anche decorava la nostra stanza con palloncini e banner di compleanno. Alla fine del giorno che ci ha detto questo è il suo compleanno. Grazie, Swissotel, per aver reso il nostro soggiorno memorabile.

Mi piace l'ubicazione che è nascosta da catturati si agisce 😅 Oh, per la verità le ragazze sul desk front sono così gentile ... Ma il problema è .... nessuna igiene gratuita.. nessuna acqua gratuita.. e nessuna fiamma per capelli disponibili..

Questa è la mia prima prenotazione ora o ********* e le cose sono andate molto bene. Ho fatto la prenotazione per la mia ragazza e io ho fatto qualcosa di diverso. Io sono andato il giorno prima per assicurarmi che le cose fossero buone e tutto andava bene. Il giorno dopo, il check-in iniziava alle 4:00. Ho arrivato alle 4:35 e la mia stanza non era pronta fino alle 4:50...questa è l'unica denuncia che ho. Charmaine e le altre giovani signore del front desk erano molto professionali e cortesi, con un grande senso di umorismo. Ho soggiornato nella camera 508 e non ho lamentele sulla stanza. Guardate che era infettiva...Mi prenoterei sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel!

I'll be writing quite long review for this. My apologies for whomever will be reading this. We stayed in Hamanda hotel over the weekends and we've chosen to book for their Deluxe room which is more spacious than the classic room (which I presume their standard room) -During arrival and finding the hotel (thanks to waze app) we're quite unsure if where's the entrance of Hamanda. Its located beside the Souq restaurant or rather inside the Souq restaurant. I believe this should be indicated on the reservation confirmation as well to avoid confusion. -I did message them on Instagram but I understand that responses might be delayed. Tried reaching out through phone, but it keeps on ringing then that's the time we decided to go inside. -We're immediately assisted once we log in on the log book (not what I expect) I thought they have some front desk or something but we we are assisted by the staff to go inside within the resto vicinity. -Check in was breeze. We were led inside our room and inform about the breakfast and a bit of the house rules. -Breakfast- a bit small for its serving size. my suggestion is they can probably ask first too the guest if they opt for a non pork variant. -Design of the room- I can't complain as well as the pool area. Good use of eco friendly materials and resources. -Aircon inside room 6 is not cooling properly. Kindly check this. -shower- it seems that no hot water is available -NESPRESSO Machine- so cool for you to include but we tried making it and coffee lacks some milk (if you can provide it would be great but otherwise, good job!) -amenities- two toothbrush kits are provided but only one small soap. Make sure to improve this also. -Price- I might say for the design it was okay but for the service it seems that its not reasonable but I believe this would be improved! :) Lastly, I'm missing the hospitality and warmth in service. Hope this could be improved as well! Thank you and hoping to get back and see improvements!

The Hilton at Sun Valley Clark is a welcome treat for travellers staying in Clark Special Economic Zone. A bit pricey but its worth it. Rooms are spacious and clean. Amenities are top notch. Will definitely stay there again.
