Hotel in zona Ascomo Christian Fellowship, Pampanga

Room is clean, location is good 👍 near church, near McDonald's, puregold and too many restaurant near the hotel. Transportation is very easy. My only problem the room is not sounds proof i can hear somebody talking at the nxt door, i even heard them move the chair. I stayed for two nights but i did not avail their breakfast because breakfast start at 7am and i need to go to school at 7am, they should move it 6am for somebody need to work early or go to school.. But i the same recommend it because its clean, bed and pillow are so soft very comfortable to lay down..

Believe me it was bliss for me that travel became very limited during this pandemic. People are, like, away. Away. So I was fished out of my comfort zone by my husband who wanted to leave our current city -- a city that worships face shields, as if face masks weren't enough to choke us in this heat. We initially booked our flights to Bohol, hotels included. But thanks to the national government's ever-expanding classification of quarantines, we had to cancel that trip. We wanted to still celebrate a week-long birthday out of town so we planned on driving to cities with little or no quarantine restrictions. First stop: Angeles City in Pampanga. Pampanga is a province not in included in the NCR bubble in May 2021. So we didn't need to get tested or quarantined when we got there. We didn't realize looking for a pet-friendly hotel would be so difficult. We found a couple, but landed in Capitol Hill Hotel and Suites. The hotel isn't really inside Clarkfield. One enters the zone from NLEX and exits one of the side gates. You'll pass through what seems to be the former red light district of the old US Military (?) zone, and you'll find Capitol Hill build just outside the residential areas alongside some of the old and new hotels. This one looks new. Squeaky clean. They have ample parking spaces in front and beside the hotel building. With a crate, a couple of bags, and 4 small dogs, were pleased to be led to a room in the second floor. We still had to take several elevator trips to and from the car. I lost count on how many times the doorman held the door for us. The two ladies at the Reception were all smiles all the time. We were handed only one key card. But in all hotels that I've stayed in, I've always made it a rule to get two key cards, in case I leave the other one in the room. The room's about 50 square meters, with a king size bed, TV, and toiletries, a huge window that overlooks where we parked the car, and a see-through bathroom with a tub. Water pressure in the sink and shower were strong. And again, squeaky clean. The toilet flushes well. The entire building has wi-fi. We were provided with enough towels. The closet had two robes, two pairs of slippers, and a safety deposit box. Venture to the rooftop and you'll find the infinity pool, bar, and restaurant. The food is pricey if you're on a budget, but they serve them fast and with utmost concern about your taste. You don't have to take the towels from your room if you want to use the pool; they provide towels for that. I recommend you have dinner at the rooftop by yourself or with a date. The evening view of Clarkfield and the Clark Airport is spectacular. One floor below the rooftop is a small gym with a treadmill, peloton, and a few weights. The next morning, I had to stay in the room to prepare our stuff for our next lap in our tour. The phone rang asking us if we wanted our breakfast in the room or the restaurant at the rooftop. Moreover, during our stay on December 28, we encountered a lady housekeeper in the lobby and elevator who displayed exceptional dedication and accommodation. This housekeeping team member went above and beyond to maintain impeccable cleanliness standards, creating a consistently pleasant and hygienic environment for all guests. Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet is impressive, featuring a variety of fresh and delicious options catering to different tastes. From continental to local cuisines, guests can start their day on a satisfying note. Overall, Best Western Plus Metro Clark excels in various aspects for all occasions – from its attentive staff to the quality of food and facilities, making it a recommendable choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel, rooms are good and spacious. Bathrooms are clean, location is okay and close to walking street, , staffs are friendly and breakfast is good.Peaceful stay, I recommend this hotel for friends and party lover travellers, rooftop pool bar is amazing, food can be improved in Thai restaurant, rest everything is amazing. I recommend this hotel.

Può essere migliorata la pulizia, c'è un odore, probabilmente dal detergente usato per lavare lettini? Gli oggetti standard sono forniti, la tosta e la pasta dentale, sapone corpo e shampoo, ma c'è un grande problema, lo shampoo non ha modo di essere aperto, se non con un dischi o con qualsiasi strumento acuto. Pioveva molto e l'acqua spruzzava sull'unità d'aria causando un grande suono, si svegliò verso di essa circa 1:00 e non poteva dormire dopo, andò e feedback al personale dell'hotel, nessuna domanda è stata immediatamente trasferita in una stanza migliorata Ma tutto, è un hotel di bilancio, quindi si ottiene quello che hai pagato, quindi in generale è ancora soddisfacente

I stayed here for 22 nights with my partner and overall, it was a good experience. We stayed in a deluxe king room on the bottom floor. Pros: -comfortable bed -good shower with many shower heads and hand held hose -good location in Balibago close to many good restaurants and karaoke bars -staff are friendly and attentive, special shout out to Cherry for helping me organize flowers on Valentine's Day -easily accessible by car and free parking -the rate is quite cheap, will be hard to find a better hotel for this price in the area -the WiFi was consistently reliable with fast speeds throughout my stay Cons: -despite daily housekeeping, the floor of the room is always dirty, you cannot walk barefoot in the room or your feet will be black with dirt. needs to be mopped with stronger chemicals -the shower needs a deep and thorough clean with stronger chemicals also. housekeeping staff are mopping the floor, but white and black mould accumulate very quickly which poses a health risk. it seems like they're just cleaning the bathroom with basic chemicals or water only -would be much better if the TV was a smart TV so that guests can enjoy Netflix etc, however they did have cable TV -quite often, our access card stopped working every 2-3 days which is inconvenient as we have to go to reception constantly to get it fixed. also, there are 2 of us but they refused to give us 2 room keys. If the small issue with cleanliness of the floors/shower is resolved and this hotel had a smart TV, it would truly transform the hotel to a 5 star experience. Overall, I would stay here again.

Tutti, soprattutto Gee, uno dei membri del personale che ci ha aiutati e guidati qui a Royce. Lavora a turno 10:00 - 6:00 e posso dirle che ha un cuore dorato e molto benvenuto a tutti gli ospiti che incontra. Raccomando vivamente che venga promossa perché è una molto dura, gentile e molto guidata .Un grande SCORTO a Miss Gee . Grazie Royce hotel per rendere la nostra permanenza sicura . Ci siamo trasferiti a maggio 1,8 & 9 nella stanza 3033

It’s a little cringe to say it but that will be the last time we’ll consider to book it because of the very poor customer service imagine we booked it before 8pm then we already received a confirmation from the application however they told us to wait perché hanno bisogno di confermarlo prima se la prenotazione di Teh è già sul loro sistema come 30min e più il cibo arrivato più di 20min presumibilmente se non hanno consegnato per 10min il cibo sarà libero MA QUEL’S QUE’S TRUE. Purtroppo non mi consiglio SOGO se vuoi sperimentare molto. Grazie

I'm a bit disappointed with the hotel as we celebrated our new year. The lightings in the balcony were all busted and the front office team and engineering team cannot do anything as there's no available replacement lightings or bulbs during the night. In addition, the restaurant cafe midori told us to wait for an hour for the food to be serve, but we waited for 2 hours to get our orders. And upon check out, it caused another delay due to the miscommunication between the front office team and cafe midori regarding the 1000 food voucher. The attached photo was taken from our balcony.
