"new hotel and looks fresh. my booking including breakfast but instead of a full meal breakfast , it was delivered to room with limited choices such as Nasi Goreng or Bubur. the reason given was low occupancy so the full serving kitchen was closed. I would suggest the booking system gives the option of with or without breakfast so at least I can manage my expectation.
wifi connection was very slow.
smart tv is not working when I logged in to my netflix account."

"For this low price, this hotel is the best deal you can find in Palu.
However, I don't understand why they don't charge around Rp 50,000 more, including breakfast.
There's a nice room with chairs and tables that wasn't used the entire week of my stay. A delicious breakfast could be served there.
When I leave my hotel in the morning, I can't find breakfast anywhere nearby. All the foodstalls don't open until the afternoon. So if you stay here for a few days, you'll really have a hard time finding breakfast.
Like everywhere else in Indonesia, this hotel doesn't have any information about tourist attractions.
Dear management, take a lesson from your neighbouring countries Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, as well as Bali. Almost all hotels there have brochures with information about tourist attractions and motor cycle and car rentals.
Indonesia has beautiful nature and many tourist attractions, but knowledge about tourism is completely lacking throughout the country, except for Bali.
Stop blaming the government for not investing in tourism; start with yourself.
In Thailand, locals collaborate to provide tourist attractions, transportation, and guides. Everyone benefits by offering food, drinks, souvenirs, and so on. But in Indonesia, no one seems to understand the importance of tourism.
It's a real shame, because by doing nothing, poverty remains widespread in this beautiful country."

"This trip is a business trip, the hotel room quite nice for business short trip. It is a new hotel, I didn't take breakfast because I took early flight. The overall the cleaning and the facilities is new and nice place for stay."

"Controlla di fronte a me per un lungo periodo di tempo per risolvere/trovare una soluzione, ho aspettato per molto tempo per la turna, anche se ci fosse altro personale, dovrebbe essere in grado di aiutarmi.
L'interno dell'hotel sembra avere un bel patrimonio, oggi la TV è ancora manuale. I sedili nella sala SDH non sono di valore."

"One of the great hotels located in downtown Palu. Friendly bf kind staffers, and provide a good selection of breakfast. The hotel manager will come to each table and have a little chit chat with the costumer. The room is spacious and clean. The pool is nice and close to the gym on the 3rd floor. You can see the things around the hotel from the pool. From this hotel you can go anywhere around downtown Palu. The only drawback is the internet. There are times when the internet is down for like 15 minutes. However, I don’t mind staying in this hotel again in the future."

UUtente ospiteSejauh ini menurut saya the best hotel in the city. Karena lokasinya strategis, fasilitas lengkap, petugasnya ramah, kebersihannya terjagaa namun dengan affordable price.
Front desknya ramah dan helpful. Sebelum datang sdh mengisi pesan khusus seperti kamar di lantai tinggi dan dekat lift, dan pas sy check in kamar sy di lantai tinggi dan tepat samping lift. Tanpa ditanya petugas sdh menjelaskan semua yg harus diketahui tamu dgn ramah dan hangat.
Kalau ke hammer city lagi mau nginap di sini lg. Recomended.
