Hotel in zona Sarah Wallis Park, Palo Alto

THE GOOD: The hotel was recently renovated, rooms are nicely renovated with beautiful bathrooms. A nice size fitness center and a small but nice pool area. THE BAD: Wifi was absolutely horrible, there was ZERO wi-fi service in the lobby, restaurant or pool area. The Wi-fit would connect for 2 - 3 seconds then drop. When I asked the attended at the café if I could use the Westin Meeting wi-fi I was told no, they don’t have the password. In my room every so often the wi-fi would drop and it would take 20 – 30 minutes to reconnect!!! Furthermore, the power outlet at the desk was dead, there was also no power near the bed to plug in your laptop! Sadly, the food and beverage offerings at this hotel are on par with a Holiday Inn Express. There is no full-service restaurant, just a grab and go café which serves mediocre food. There is a limited breakfast buffet in the morning with poor quality food. On both mornings of my stay the scrambled eggs were a rubbery mess, the breakfast potatoes lacked flavor. The only item that seemed decent to eat were the fresh berries and bread. The quality of the food from room service/grab and go was also upsetting. If you want a full-service dinning experience, you are told to walk over to the Sheraton…. really? BTW: I was told the hotel kitchen is also located at the Sheraton, food is not cooked onsite at the Westin. Hospitality at the hotel is hit and miss. The front desk seems pleasant, but staff were very hesitant to go the extra mile to please… they lacked the hospitality soft skills I have experienced at other hotels of the same caliber. Café staff is very unhelpful, not very friendly, I receive a far better guest experience at my local In-N-Out Burger. In the end if you are expecting an upscale hotel experience in the Palo Alto / Stanford area the Westin disappoints. For the price I would expect a memorable experience, one where you would hate to leave and could not wait to return. During my stay I was looking forward to leaving, I really felt like it was a waste of $$$ and time staying here. When I left, I felt like I had just stayed at a Holiday Inn express with upscale rooms. Hotel should be rebranded... it's not an upscale full service hotel that is about hospitality with a mindset of wellness.

Si stima che era un hotel di Dexter, ora è un motel, vicino alla strada, e tutti gli hotel sono tutti.Il giardino di Hilton vicino è più di cento costosi di questo. La stanza è più grande, alcuni dettagli dell'hotel sono ancora pieni di cuore, le tue tovaglie sono anche per i piedi, e la prima notte hanno anche inviato delle bevande.Non ci sono ascensori, il piccolo fratello della reception ti permetterà di scegliere il primo o il secondo piano.

Molto caldo, sicuro, hotel tranquillo, parcheggio gratuito, alberi verdi all'interno dell'hotel circondati da alberi rossi molto alti.La finestra della stanza dell'hotel è una piscina pulita e pulita, c'è un po'di vita, haha.L'hotel ha una piccola piscina, i genitori nuotano bene. La stanza è molto pulita e delicata, il letto è molto comodo, è una esperienza di alloggio molto soddisfatta.

L'edificio principale è in forma sfavorevole. L'intero edificio è gravemente sgombrato con una caduta di circa 3 pollici ogni 10 piedi o così via. Se non si è abituato a questo è pronto a diventare un po' in mare per un giorno o due si abitua a questo. La parte peggiore è dormire con la testa significativamente inferiore ai piedi. Horribile. Se dovete rimanere lì insistere su una stanza in più recente supplemento. Sul lato positivo le camere erano super pulite e il personale era amichevole.

Non posso dire abbastanza sorprendente cose sull'Hotel Stanford Park.Usavamo questo hotel per il nostro blocco di stanza di nozze e andavano oltre e oltre quanto richiesto. I miei ospiti si sono sentiti estremamente benvenuti, l'hotel è assolutamente stupendo e il personale è eccellente. Questo non è un hotel 4 stelle a mio parere, lo apprezzerei come un hotel 5 stelle. I nostri ospiti non potevano fermarsi a rallegrarsi circa l'Hotel Standford Park!

Le strutture sono nuove e la saliva della stanza è molto pulita.La colazione è molto buona, il personale è molto entusiasta. L'ultimo giorno l'aereo ci ha anche imballato uova calde e pane.La comunità circostante è molto sicura e si dirige verso la zona commerciale più vicina circa 2.5 chilometri.In generale, è una buona scelta per il viaggio.

La stanza è molto pulita, il personale è amichevole, la posizione è vicino a Palo alto e in una zona più sicura.C'è Starbucks, Safeway, ecc. È anche più conveniente comprare colazione.Se si parcheggia, è impressionato che 20 dollari al giorno, fermati nell'edificio adiacente

This is a basic motel with average rooms. The exterior is well maintained and clean The rooms furnishings are a bit worn, but it had everything we needed. Odd that the microwave is sitting on top of the small refrigerator on the floor? There were small dents in the walls, a couple holes in the curtains and carpets. No shampoo in the dispenser in the shower. We had our own with us so we didn’t bother the desk for a refill. We were here for a visit to Stanford medical so this met our needs. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The area is a mix of commercial and office buildings. A couple of restaurants a bit further away. Nothing but Carls Jr. close. We felt safe walking around. We will be back again as we have more work being done at Stanford. (20 minutes away)

La stanza è molto indipendente dal suono, la voce del vicino è molto chiara, può sentire il grido del vicino, la stanza è piccola, pulita, la colazione è molto semplice, il parcheggio è gratuito, il prezzo della stanza è molto alto

Il parcheggio è molto conveniente e ha più posti di parcheggio.L'ambiente circostante dell'hotel è buono, la camera è ampia, ci sono bar in un alloggio e ci saranno performance.Il ristorante ha anche caratteristiche.Raccomandazione!
