Truly one of the best staycations we’ve ever had! Had a two-night stay for my son’s 6th birthday. Friendly and very attentive staff. Check-in experience was smooth and easy, and the first few employees we spoke to greeted our son a happy birthday. We booked a 2-queen bedroom, which was located on the first floor with a pool view. Walked in to the biggest surprise for my son, who received a sweet treat, birthday card, and decor in our room! His reaction was absolutely priceless. He had shared that the Westin Palo Alto was by far his favorite hotel after that. The beds were like clouds. Room and bathroom was clean. The birthday celebrant requested room service for dinner, so we ordered dinner twice through the online Bonvoy app. The employee who delivered our food on both nights was very friendly. He asked us if we were enjoying our stay, if we needed anything, and if our son enjoyed his birthday surprise! It’s like the whole staff knew about it, which made it quite special. Hotel food was delicious and portions were generous! They also offer a nightly turn down service with bedtime treats located in the lobby. Location is great as it’s walking distance from Town & Country Village, filled with shops and restaurants. I have nothing negative to say about this property. A huge shout out to Leslie and the amazing staff at Westin Palo Alto. Truly a great team. Per their hand-written message on our son’s birthday card, their goal was to make our special trip as memorable as possible. They did just that and more. Fantastic property. We’ll be back!

Upon my arrival at the property, I was greeted by the valet team, and instantly, the meticulous attention to detail throughout the property caught my eye. As I stepped through the doors, I was enveloped by the sophisticated and luxurious NEWSTALGIA fragrance that filled every corner of this stunning establishment. The lobby is a perfect blend of romance and charm, creating an inviting and immaculate atmosphere with every detail curated. The furniture is not only solid and comfortable but also exudes chic elegance, significantly enhancing the overall aesthetic. The front desk staff are truly the cornerstone of this hotel's extraordinary service. Diana transformed a challenging day at Stanford into a positive experience with her attitude, extreme politeness, professionalism, and empathetic demeanor. She went above and beyond to assist me with parking, wrote a handwritten note to cheer me up, had a big smile and super positive vibes. Diana provided excellent suggestions to restaurants and places around the hotel making her an outstanding employee! Aylin was equally impressive, consistently displaying a positive attitude, efficiency, and attentiveness. She handled all my requests promptly and with a genuine smile. Darnell also stood out with his exceptional politeness and attentiveness, exemplifying the hotel's commitment to service even at 1 AM when I required items to be delivered to my room. Diana, Aylin, and Darnell epitomize outstanding customer service, and their efforts are deeply appreciated. Thank you all! Due to the fact that we are building a house it’s my fifth trips to PA and this time with all my family members. The rooms are impeccably clean and staff are very resourceful and attentive! It is conveniently located at the heart of Palo Alto where restaurants and shops are just round the corner. I would definitely recommend to friends and come back again for holiday!

Un po'come un hotel populista, con due piani, senza ascensore, non è molto amichevole per più ospiti per bagagli. La stanza è pulita nel suo complesso, ma la letto è ancora visibile con un punto nero. Il condizionamento dell'aria nella stanza è un po'scura, l'isolamento del suono non è molto buono. Inoltre, la colazione è molto semplice, e il bagno è leggermente inferiore alle sue aspettative.

All the employees of this hotel are nice and respectful. The room does not have a strong chemical smell compared to other hotels that over sanitized their place. I can breathe well without headache. Some guest like me have chemical allergy and sensitivity. Good thing that this place doesn’t use harsh chemicals for cleaning. I will be back again

Penso di aspettare che si comunichi in questo modo, e si stima che si stia volando.In strategia, non teorico, chiedere direttamente la stanza vicino alla piscina del primo piano.La reception ha detto che la camera doppia può essere doppia.(Infatti, in quel momento di comunicazione, la grande camera della piscina che ho prenotato a Trip.com mostra ancora una stanza, può prenotare...) Quel giorno era il Ringraziamento, il parcheggio pubblico era gratuito.L'hotel era inevitabile, e ancora pagava $15 per il parcheggio.

Room is spacious and clean. Staffs onsite are kind and friendly to address to any issues or enquires that you may have. All in all, very satisfied with the stay and will definitely return back again to the same hotel for the next trip.
