Fully furnished - Kitchen (Air fryer, knife set, Keurig, Coffee drip, toaster, microwave, Island w/bar stools, cutting board, utensils, healthy nonstick pots and pans, cooking utensils). Security system Beautiful Balcony - (Enjoy a morning cup of coffee and the beautiful night sky while the planes fly by without the noise of the planes). Very peaceful at night. Fully furnished 2 full bathrooms. REC room with futon. Dining room table and set.About pets:Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).Pet must be well trained.
