Palma Di Maiorca: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

Prima di dire che non era soddisfatto perché quando ero in pensione, quando i miei due erano in camera, ho fatto un check-in. Il giorno dopo non ho detto che avrei dovuto pagare un'ulteriore notte di 30 euro. Penso che non fosse molto soddisfatto. Il check-in è il presupposto che non avrei avuto alcun parere il giorno dopo. E'inquietante dire che il secondo hotel è un po'vecchio, ma dopo tutto, ci sono anni di apertura. Inoltre, il buon ristorante è buono, il grande hotel dell'isola Mallorca, che richiede circa un'ora per guidare a attrazioni come il mare di frutta, e guardare ad accettare. Il secondo bagno è bellissimo, ma considerato ogni autunno Il prezzo della casa circa 1500 la sera non può essere detto alto

Un po' lontano dalla città, ma davvero pulito, ho una grande esperienza.Il sole che vedo dalla parte superiore dell'hotel è molto bello e diventa un ricordo per tutta la vita! Ci sono bagni da bagno con sauna, quindi ti consiglio di portare il costume da bagno.

We had a 3 day business event at the Victoria Gran Melia and were very happy with the organisation (thanks to Marta). The meeting rooms very spacious and really nice and as they are located in a different building to the main hotel it was quiet and we had the place to ourselves. The staff were very friendly and helpful and extremely flexible when break times had to be changed with very short notice. The rooms we had overlooked the marina and were also very spacious and comfortable. The only point I'd mention is the check-in. We had 50 people and everyone had to give their passport details as well as a credit card. This could be sped up by having the team upload the information prior to arriving but due to GDPR rules we weren't allowed to collect passport details. The receptionists were unfortunately very slow and some had to wait more than 30 minutes to check in. But apart from that we can highly recommend the Victoria Gran Melia for business purposes as it's also a mere 20 minute stroll along the marina to the centre and the concierges are very helpful with organising taxis.

Welcome to paradise. This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff were amazing, so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The hotel is situated off a narrow street and within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The rooms were very well appointed and always immaculate. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. The only criticism I would make about breakfast is that you should provide guests with a menu for hot breakfast. We had a few drinks in the bar during our stay and it was very quiet. An idea would be to have some low level background music on. It truly was a delightful stay at this hotel. Palma is such an amazing city with plenty to see and do. Thank you to all the staff at the Summum for a great holiday.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel come piano b, poiché l'hotel familiare per il matrimonio è stato prenotato. La posizione di questo hotel è ideale nel quartiere chic per piccoli ristoranti e shopping favolosi. Il check-in era un brindisi, e siamo stati accompagnati nella nostra stanza dopo una visita approfondita delle piccole ma ben ben designate strutture. La stanza era #7, ed era perfetta. Grande AC e doccia ... grande TV con cavo. Ci sono stati serviti cappuccino di mattina senza spot, e il ristorante freschi e qualità è stata meravigliosa. Bottiglie di champagne freddo e servizio elegante. Bella zona bar anche una terrazza. Non ha visitato la zona di piscina al tetto. L'ascensore è stato danneggiato e immediatamente riparato.. !!!! Damaris e Danny sono stati eccellenti nella soluzione logistica del trasporto privato al nostro gruppo, così come la scorsa notte grandi prenotazioni di gruppo per un pranzo bello. Tornerebbe a questo hotel il più spesso possibile.

The night before we were due to go EasyJet contacted us and said the hotel we were due to go was closed so they had moved us to Gloria de Sant Jaume. We googled it and were happy as it looked a really lovely hotel. But when we arrived they told us it was actually Sant Jaume Design hotel just next door , so EasyJet informed us incorrectly so we were a bit worried. There was no need to as it is a lovely hotel , they cannot do enough to help you, very polite and accommodating. Told us how to get about , a welcome cava. The turn down at night is a nice surprise to come back to. There are straighteners and a hairdryer in the room. The best breakfast ever , with everything you could ever want. Let us have our room for longer when checking out. Would definitely recommend. Only one little thing , shower smelt a little drainy but was not going to complain about that.

This is my second visit to hotel Gloriasauntjaume and it really was as good as, if not better , than I remembered. The location is just fantastic , literally a stones throw from all the key areas yet in a quiet street . The facilities are superb with : A fabulous roof terrace to enjoy coffee , lie in the sun , cool off in the plunge pool with jacuzzi or to have a cocktail ( I really recommend the Gloria cocktail of vermouth /cava) watching the sunset over Palmas church steeples/ roof tops. ( my default on this trip!) Better still when the sun sets move to the indoor pool and spa area - these facilities are just a real luxury that you really do not expect to find - with pool , sauna, steam room and loungers you can continue to relax and unwind !! Hotel rooms are just beautifully and stylishly furnished /decorated in the period yet practical incorporating Bluetooth sound systems and smart tv systems and great lighting - I was lucky enough to get allocated room 103 on this occasion with 2 huge floor to ceiling 12ft windows with balcony and free standing period bath with art deco lighting - but my previous room allocation was equally grand I didn’t eat in the hotel restaurant this time for dinner but I heard great things from a fellow guest - what I can testify for are the breakfasts (and cheese board)- the quality and presentation of every item was just first class and the cooked menu choice just superb- a taste sensation !! BUT as always it’s the team at any hotel can make or break an experience and this team are just soooo accommodating - from my initial enquiry and throughout my stay each and every person I met ( reception , bar staff , breakfast staff , chef , room service and maintenance ) were genuinely friendly and welcoming wherever possible anticipating my needs - a special mention to Laura from breakfast , Lisa from the bar and of course Daniela and the other front of house staff ( apologies I didn’t get all your names …but each one of you enhanced my stay in some way ) Just a fabulous hotel - the hotel manager should be very proud of the team they have !
