Siamo stati qui nel 2019 quando la struttura aveva appena aperto e siamo appena tornati da 4 giorni di soggiorno. Ci ha sorpreso il nuovo menù del ristorante. Non siamo vegetariani ma i piatti sono semplicemente deliziosi e presentati benissimo. Le suite sono come sempre da sogno e il personale gentilissimo che ha cercati di aiutarci con tutto.

Devo ammettere che il panorama è mozzafiato dal rooftop, credo che valga la pena per chiunque visitarlo. È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. Inoltre lo staff è sempre molto gentile e premuroso nei nostri confronti. Sicuramente da rifare e consigliatissimo.

Un soggiorno reso piacevole soprattutto dalla ottima accoglienza da parte di tutto lo staff molto gentile, sempre disponibile e attento. Un'esperienza da non perdere è ammirare un panorama mozzafiato su Palma dal loro magico rooftop. Consigliatissima la cena in botanic.

Amazing experience! This hotel is just beautiful - inside and out. Staff is friendly, professional, warm and welcoming. The food is fantastic (the Michelin star is truly well-deserved), upper sundeck on the rooftop was so relaxing. It’s stylish yet cosy! You just want to come back again and again. Probably the best hotel ever when it comes to great a**osphere and location. Short distance to all you need in Palma, bech, boardwalk, cathedral, shopping, restaurants, harbour…if you want to leave the hotel…but you can actually just stay at hotel and enjoy all it has to offer! So pleased with my visit!

There is a ( comfortable ) bed , there is a wardrobe and a curtain separates the small bathroom from the sleep area Smells rise up from the sink and make the room smell There is not enough room for my wife to place her make up or do her hair The so called junior suite does not have enough room for a chair nor a desk ; it is definitely not a junior suite Meantime the location is great The architecture and the interiors are pleasing The staff are lovely The linens are great The amenities are diptiych Cleaning is good oh yes pillows are too big ! The Botanic restaurant is to be avoided So overall this hotel could be good but the junior suite is very misleading

What a wonderful experience. From the first reception at the arrival until check out. Amazing attention to details, from design to hospitality and a ”nothing is impossible” attitude. We also had the pleasure to have lunch in the restautant Botanica. Food was more than delicious and service was impeccable. A true hidden gem in the heart of Palma. This is a home away from home and we strongly recommend it :)

One of the best, more than unforgettable birthday and New Year celebration at Can Bordoy. 10 out of 10 to an amazing interior. Hiden details in a hiden gem- super nice experience to your body, soul and the eye. The concept and philosophy of this place is to make you feel that U are special here. Great food, wonderful staff , amazing inner gardens to have a glass of champagne or a cup of coffe with home made sweets- something you can just pamper yourself with any moment. Will be back for more experience this place can provide.

Hidden gem of a hotel in the heart of the old part of Palma 5 minutes walk from the cathedral la Seu. We absolutely loved our stay. A very warm welcome by the very beautiful reception. The building is like an old mansion house decorated luxuriously mixing the old with the new design features. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a larger suite and although it looked on to the street there were huge drapes over the Juliette balcony. So much attention to detail in terms of interior decoration and so stylish. Diptique Products in the shower room are my favourite so I loved that. Immaculately clean and the wonderful lady who cleaned our room was so kind as I was suffering from Vertigo and we chatted about it. The 7ft bed was amazing and I could raise the top of the bed on my side without interrupting my husband. Breakfast was a joy either inside or out which was a la carte and the gorgeous girls that served us couldn’t do enough for us. We ate outside in the courtyard to enjoy the Orange trees and the fountain. Yoghurt and berries were delicious. The rooftop pool was divine and we only needed to text reception on WhatsApp to request refreshments. Great idea! Our only criticism was that the TV had only 1 or 2 channels in English news and Disney so definitely more German focused and you couldn’t cast to TV. The Spa was out of action too, only massages available All in all a perfect stay our daughter and her boyfriend joined us for the last night and their room was the smallest category but it was also very cute.
