I have booked Palma Port Hostel from 15th Sep to 20th Sep from ***********. While booking, they have mentioned pay at property during the stay and asked credit card details to guarantee my booking. Just after one day of booking, they have deducted money from credit card without any consent and soon after two days they have again deducted the money from credit card without any intimation. When I called staff to ask about two times debit from credit card, the guy who answered the call behaved very strange and rude, and avoided to answer why they have debited two times. Later I had to call *********** customer care and raised the complaint on the hostel, asking for total refund and also I had to ask to cancel my booking with this hostel as I'm a solo traveler and worried about the staff treatment as well. It is so inconvenience and unsafe to provide our credit card details even on trusted websites like *********** because of such culprit Hostels/Hotels who could misuse it. I wish *********** should throw such untrustworthy properties out of the platform.
