Hotel in zona El Mirador Romántico, Palma Di Maiorca

Beautiful family resort. Service are top. My kids love the mini disco and other kids activities! Lots of food choices for the half board. Unfortunately drinks are nit included. Room are spacious and beds are comfortable. I would go here again with my family.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti presso questo albergo che pare essere un quattro stelle. Abbiamo trovato cordialità da parte del personale soprattutto dall’addetto ai fuochi presente sabato mattina, un uomo sorridente e gentilissimo con tutti! Peccato per altre cose che lasciano a desiderare. In primis una vista terribile, comprendo che sia una responsabilità relativa, ma il nostro affaccio era davvero terribile. Ho chiesto una stanza con letto matrimoniale e abbiamo trovato due letti singoli semplicemente avvicinati (quindi anche lenzuola singole). Lo scopino del WC si trova sotto al lavandino e non vicino alla tazza, per utilizzarlo abbiamo lasciato una scia d’acqua su tutto il pavimento e non è stato piacevole. Non sono presenti veri e propri accappatoi ma due salviette per le mani e due poco più grandi, è presente un set di cortesia ma manca la cuffia per i capelli. Le lenzuola presentano qualche taglio così come le sedie della zona colazione. La cosa più “grave” è sicuramente l’asciugacapelli non funzionante, abbiamo quindi avvisato la reception che purtroppo non ne aveva uno di scorta e il tecnico sarebbe arrivato solo alle 8:00 della mattina successiva. Si trattava della nostra ultima sera di vacanza, siamo rientrati in stanza appositamente per darci una sistemata e passare la serata nel centro di Palma, ma grazie a questo fastidioso inconveniente ho dovuto pazientemente attendere che i miei capelli lunghi fino metà schiena si asciugassero all’aria senza un raggio di sole. Suppongo che reperire un asciugacapelli non fosse di una complessità eccessiva, sarebbe stata una cortesia certamente apprezzata. In conclusione, non è il quattro stelle che ci si aspetta di trovare, ma per passarci la notte e fare colazione va bene se non si hanno troppe pretese.

We were excited to stay at Belle Marivent while we were in Majorca for a wedding but sadly - overall - we were left disappointed. Firstly, the positives - the reception area is gorgeous, and almost lulls you into a false sense of security. Smells lovely and looks lovely and actually Lucia on reception was really great. The rooftop pool is also great, albeit extremely small with barely anywhere to sunbathe. The hotel itself just gives the overall feel it is very understaffed and is doing anything it can to save money. The rooms are crammed into an extremely tiny area - your sink is practically at your bedside, there is no bathroom per se but just tiny rooms of a shower and a toilet. Breakfast is really awful. All three mornings they had 'run out of yoghurt because it went off'. With a supermarket down the road, they could have easily replaced this. There was only one waiter in the room on each morning. This meant the (extremely limited) buffet frequently ran out, and was not replaced unless you got up and walked to the kitchen/bar area to ask the waiter/waitress to replace it. The jugs of water were empty for around 15 minutes which was really frustrating. When ordering a hot breakfast prepare to wait 20 minutes for it to come, even if there is literally no one else in the restaurant. Another shocking moment was when I called reception and asked for a small jug of fresh milk to have with my self made coffee from the coffee machine in our room, as I really dislike the tiny long-life milk pods. I was told sorry there is no fresh milk. I asked whether I could just be brought some from the kitchen - to be told that the restaurant is not in fact connected to the hotel at all. Just found this baffling, as I've never ever been refused some fresh milk at a hotel before. The coffee cups in our room were also dusty and unclean. Lastly, while the man on reception and Lucia were great, the cleaning staff were extremely rude. We were getting ready for a wedding that started at 2pm so naturally we were showering/getting ready at 11am. The cleaners repeatedly banged on our doors insisting they needed to come in. When we said we needed another 20 mins or so, we were met with eye rolls and sighs. I understand it must be frustrating as they have a schedule, but it is also a very small hotel. All in all, I would say the Belle Marivent is absolutely not worth the price we paid. A few glimmers of greatness but overall a disappointment.

We have just spent an absolutely wonderful week at this beautiful hotel. It was everything we were hoping for. The hotel is in a lovely quiet area (if you want lots of restaurants & bars, this is not the place for you). There are a few mini-markets and a handful of restaurants dotted about, but other than that, it is just other hotels. You can hop on a bus to Palma from right outside the hotel. The number 4 bus goes into Palma every 15 minutes or so for €2 per person and takes about 20 minutes. Palma is a beautiful city, so I recommend you do this at least once. The hotel is kept very clean by a team of hard-working staff. We were in a garden bungalow (2 adults & 1 teenager) and it was just the right size for us, with a good sized bathroom and a beautiful view out to the bay. The rooms are cleaned every day. The swimming pools are lovely – the upper one is by the pool bar (which isn’t too badly priced and the food we had (toasties, nachos, pizzas) were very good) and the lower one has a little pool attached to the main one for little people, or just to sit in. There isn’t a huge amount to do for children (no organised entertainment – so again, if this is what you are looking for, you need to stay elsewhere). The hotel also has mini-golf, tennis courts, pool table, if you want a little activity to do whilst you are there. The staff were all very knowledgeable and very helpful. There are a couple of little beaches nearby, but they were completely packed (we were there in the first week of the summer holidays) and most of the beach is taken up with sunbeds which you have to pay to use. It was too busy for my liking, but we did go down later one afternoon (it was still packed) to have a quick dip in the sea and a cocktail from the beach bar (€10 for a porn star martini and it was packed with alcohol!) Food: we stayed on a half-board basis (and I thoroughly recommend doing this). Breakfast was from 7.30 to 10.30 and is a help-yourself buffet. There is so much to choose from and the drinks are all included (they even have Prosecco out on Saturdays & Sundays). You can eat inside or outside on the terrace. The staff work very hard to keep everything topped up and to keep your table clean. We loved the breakfast! The evening meal is in the sister hotel over the road and we found this to be absolutely brilliant. Again, it is a help-yourself buffet and there is so much food to choose from. The pudding selection was absolute heaven! We felt the choice was very good (different options each evening throughout the week) and we found the food to always be served hot. The views of the bay from the window tables are absolutely beautiful and you can watch the cruise ships make their way back out of Palma. The drinks are not included, so they are billed to your room and you pay at the end of your stay, when you check out. We tended to get a bottle of water (€3 each). The waiting staff work hard so that you enjoy your meal – our waiter Wilson was absolutely wonder

Quando siamo arrivati sul 26/04 dopo un lungo viaggio, stiamo cercando una bevanda fredda. Abbiamo fatto un giro al bar al tetto, ma il barista era molto brutto. Dopo aver aspettato di ricevere la sua attenzione abbiamo chiesto 2 bevande. Egli immediatamente, senza guardare, ci disse che dovevamo aspettare, continuava a muoversi intorno al bar e a ignorarci, e finalmente ci siamo andati. Non c'erano altri clienti e era 11.30 am e il bar era aperto.Questo non era una prima esperienza molto piacevole.

Rooms were small but perfect and very modern. Has a little fridge and all which was ideal. The hotel is spotless, staff are very nice. Breakfast was very nice and good selection. The roof top area was beautiful! The views were amazing. We got the cabana bed there was different price options. We opted for the €60 for the day you've the bed with towels, lunch & bottle of wine or cava! The food at lunch was a sandwich with chips, it was very nice 👌 The area itself is beautiful and so many restaurants etc. It was perfect for a relaxing few days! If your looking for a lively holiday I wouldn't go here.

Ottima struttura situata in posizione strategica: a soli 5 minuti dall'aeroporto e soli 8 km da Palma di Maiorca città vicinissimo ad una delle spiagge più belle e poco affollate viste le dimensioni dotata di servizi. Hotel che si presenta molto bene con piscina all'aperto ed una al chiuso con idromassaggio, sauna e palestra. Ampia zona relax esterna con lettini di cui alcuni matrimoniali a baldacchino e interna, camere con dimensioni standard dotate di aria condizionata e balcone privato con servizio di pulizia giornaliero e cambio asciugamani molto buono. La vera perla è il servizio ristorante dove pur essendo a buffet venivano preparati piatti sul momento dove la qualità, la varietà e la quantità del cibo hanno fatto si che durante il nostro soggiorno potessimo mangiare divinamente spaziando nelle pietanze visto che ogni sera oltre la solita cucina internazionale vi erano delle specialità a tema ( sushi, coquillage ecc.) e detto da un italiano la dice lunga non a caso mi complimento ancora una volta con gli chef ed il personale di sala per gentilezza e disponibilità. E se proprio devo trovare una pecca... da migliorare i succhi del dispenser automatico la mattina a colazione .

Siamo stati in questo hotel per una settimana, dal 16 al 23 agosto 23, io, mio marito e mia figlia, 3 adulti. Prenotato con welfare aziendale una camera tripla de luxe con vista mare: camera rispettante la descrizione e la foto presente sul sito, terrazzo con vista panoramica sulla baia di son Maties e sulla piscina, bagno cieco senza ventola e senza bidet, la ns era la numero 232 al secondo piano , al piano 0 c’è l’accesso diretto dall’hotel per la spiaggia.Noi abbiamo prenotato con la formula mezza pensione, colazione e cena; all’arrivo al check in si paga la tassa di soggiorno ( se non inclusa nella vs prenotazione) e chiedono una carta di credito “a deposito “. Colazione e cena con ogni tipologia di mangiare, ogni sera cena con pietanze “a tema” e a nostro avviso abbiamo mangiato molto bene: cibo buono e vista la varierà di persone e tanti bimbi, credo che abbiano accontentato tutti!Non siamo stati in piscina perché il mare è talmente bello che abbiamo preferito goderne; in tutti i casi già dalle 8 purtroppo le stesse persone prenotavano i lettini buttandogli sopra i loro asciugamani..non è corretto ma alla maleducazione non c’è mai fine!Quindi se volete sfruttare la piscina alzatevi presto e fatevi furbi!Riguardo al personale nulla da dire, gentilissimi tutti sopratutto i camerieri e il maître di sala; si mangia direttamente sopra al tavolo che viene comunque pulito dopo che viene liberato: l’hotel è attento all’uso della plastica, non ci sono infatti bicchieri usa e getta, tovagliette e neppure i flaconcini da bagno , ma tutto è eco-sostenibile e non fumatori! Camera non sempre perfettissima, ma volte mancava il tappetino per l’uscita dalla doccia, a volte manca il lenzuolo sopra 😅e abbiamo dormito coprendoci con il copriletto..abbiamo chiesto alla cameriera se ci dava un altro accappatoio per ben due volte ( visto che eravamo in 3 adulti) , ma si è sempre dimenticata…pazienza, abbiamo fatto in 2 con accappatoio e 1 con telo bagno..poi probabilmente è cambiata la signora delle pulizie e ci ha anche cambiato il letto!altra cosa da segnalare è l’odore di fogna (e non è la prima volta che mi capita nelle Baleari), sarebbe utile un diffonditore di fragranza in bagno ( anche se sul piano c’è ne uno sempre attivo!)… In tutti i casi consiglio questo hotel per la varietà di pietanze, per la cortesia dello staff che ringraziamo e la meravigliosa vista sulla baia , se potete prenotate la camera de luxe fronte mare e non ve ne pentirete…

Molto buon hotel con deliziosi buffet. Ha avuto mezza pensione e il cibo era molto delizioso. L'hotel dispone anche di una bella piccola struttura polacca. Anche alla spiaggia e al re della birra non è lontano. La posizione è dunque top
