Hotel in zona Canyon Estates Club House, Palm Springs

Il personale era utile e piacevole per tutta la mia permanenza. Il cibo era delizioso. Solo la denuncia sarebbe che la piscina fosse molto calda così tanto che non era rinfrescante. Forse potrebbero migliorare questo aggiungendo un certo tipo di ombreggiatura alla zona della piscina. Altrimenti, un soggiorno meraviglioso in una posizione centrale.

L'ambiente e la posizione dell'hotel sono ok, ma il servizio non è soddisfacente. Ctrip ha dichiarato che la colazione in negozio più $ 11, ma l'hotel ha addebitato $ 38 in base alla tariffa ufficiale, ha comunicato con la reception e ha mostrato la nota dell'ordine Ctrip, ma cerchiamo di trovare Ctrip. La posizione è fantastica. Ci sono molti buoni ristoranti, bar, negozi a piedi e passeggiata è facile, dal momento che la città di Palm Springs è fondamentalmente piatta! Parcheggio nel lot dell'hotel e camminato ovunque volevo andare. L'hotel non ha un ristorante o un bar, ma lo sapevo quando ho prenotato, e hanno una piccola sala cantina dove si possono comprare snack, qualche sandwich, bevande, caffè, ecc. e macchine di ghiaccio ovunque. Il servizio era molto buono, tutti i dipendenti dove è utile e amichevole. La mia stanza era molto pulita e ben dimensionata con una grande bagno. La posizione della stanza era anche buona, sul pavimento vicino alla piscina con vista di un parcheggio parcheggiato. La piscina era grande e piena (arrivo sabato pomeriggio) e tutti sembravano divertirsi. Ho preso una goccia la mattina dopo la manutenzione finita di pulire la piscina e ero l'unico lì, era fantastico! Rimarrò certamente al Palm Mountain Resort.

E'a distanza dal parco nazionale dell'albero di Joshua e non c'e' niente da vedere intorno. Non puoi pensare a niente, ma a dormire. Il prezzo non è economico per questo

Hotel was very new and it was nice. Staff was professional but the hotel was a little bit pricey at 250 US Dollars after tax. I think this hotel is very new so I guess I understand the justification for such a high price point. The hotel includes a decent breakfast and also has a swimming pool and did let us check in 1 hour early. My boyfriend's mother was surprised that I picked holiday in express but she was very pleased with my decision and we got two rooms. I would return there but have to think twice about dropping $250 US dollars. Must be cheaper in the summer and perhaps not on a weekend when there was something special in town. I got the Holiday Inn Express on this wonderful website and it was literally 100 US dollars per night per room cheaper. Thank you trip.com

Abbiamo passato un piacevole viaggio all'hotel JW Wanhoo nel deserto.Il luogo e le camere sono grandi, sono adatto per i bambini e per tutta la famiglia a fare molte cose. È molto interessante guidare a bordo. Ci sono molte attività di intrattenimento nella piscina, soprattutto nei fine settimana. We enjoyed a spectacular, 7-night vacation at Marriott's Desert Springs Villas (Phase ONE), this month (June 2023). We received a warm, professional welcome from several staff members, upon our arrival, and the staff, throughout our stay, were warm, professional, gracious, efficient, and welcoming. Marriott's Desert Springs Villas ONE is an extremely well managed resort; at a variety of hours in the day, we'd often be in the same place, at the same time, and observe an army of Marriott Vacation Club employees, carrying out their duties with the consistency of a fine, Swiss timepiece. Marriott Desert Springs Villas is impeccably well maintained, and immaculate. In fact, I learned on this vacation at Marriott's Desert Springs Villas, that maintaining the resort to the level of perfection that Marriott Vacation Club does, is no small achievement, as I noticed some guests who seemingly made it a point to disrupt Marriott's best of intentions to keep the resort clean, well maintained, and orderly. There's always one! Our villa was a spacious, two-bedroom, two-bath villa, recently refurbished, and extremely comfortable. There is something to be said for the privilege of vacationing in a clean, well maintained, spacious villa, with a living room, dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, beautiful deck/patio, and washer and dryer. Our villa was remarkably quiet. The housekeeping and engineering staff were extremely responsive, kind, professional, and efficient. Concierge Donna and Jan are fabulous Ambassadors for the Marriott Vacation Club brand, as is their manager, a kind gentleman, whose name I’ve forgotten (I believe his name is Angel). They are kind, professional, and very knowledgeable about the Coachella Valley, and anything that you might want to do during your vacation. Little did we know that we'd be attending an ice hockey game (in June!) at the recently opened, Acrisure Arena, home to AHL hockey team, the Coachella Valley Firebirds, during our vacation. The Coachella Valley Firebirds made it to the playoffs/AHL Calder Cup Finals, during their first season (this year), and during our vacation. The arena is brand new, spacious, COLD (refreshing!), intuitive, and friendly. The (ice) hockey was great (in Palm Desert, go figure!). We used to frequent several restaurants at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort, many times during our 7 night vacation, and during our many years of vacationing at Marriott’s Desert Springs Villas (beside the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort), but, that came to an end, a few years ago, when the owners/management company of that hotel/resort, became sufficiently short-sided, and prohibited Marriott Desert Springs Villas ONE owners and guests from enjoying the hotel facilities (pools, spa, favorable rate on golf), 7 days a week (as used to be the case). Hence, we had not one meal at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort, Marriott’s loss of substantial revenue, not ours, as there are a myriad of excel
