The pool system is fully automated and remotely controlled—please avoid tampering with the equipment. Solar-Heated Pool: Powered by roof-mounted solar panels, the pool temperature varies with the weather. In summer, it typically ranges from 80 to 95°F. In winter, it can dip to 55 to 70°F due to cooler nights. Even so, there's nothing like a crisp evening soak in the hot tub! Covered Patio: Enjoy the spacious patio with comfortable seating, a 65" smart TV for movie nights, and picturesque views of the yard, hammock, wildlife by the pond (including majestic eagles and ospreys), and the screened pool. Interior Comforts: Living Room: High ceilings, plush leather seating, and a 75" Smart TV with a soundbar and subwoofer create the perfect space for relaxation. Master Bedroom: Features a king-size bed, a 65" Smart TV with a soundbar, a designated workspace, a large walk-in closet, a private safe, and an ensuite bathroom.
