Il Doubletree era un soggiorno migliore di quello di Hilton. Ho sentito le recensioni miste mentre aspettavo di controllare questa mattina. Mia moglie e io siamo arrivati dalla linea di crociera di Margaritaville e siamo stati molto fortunati Cayt al divano prima che ci controlliamo alle 11 per essere riusciti a sistemare per il giorno. David, un hack di tutti i negozi serviva mia moglie e io al pranzo e gli ringraziammo per aver fornito un servizio di notte di prima qualità. Il pranzo era buono, ma ci dovrebbe essere più personale per aiutare durante tempi occupati. Questo è un hotel più vecchio, ma finora così buono!

È una proprietà più vecchia, ma mantenuta bene e si vede sempre la pulizia del personale. Il desk front era amichevole e il colazione era semplicemente buono (anche se abbastanza pieno, perché il lobby è più piccolo di alcune altre località di TownPlace). Le camere si sentono un po 'strette, ma essere sul lato dell'edificio con la vista sull'acqua rende per una migliore luce solare e una vista più bella contro il parcheggio. Suggerimento: Se si vuole fare un controllo precoce in assicurarsi di chiamare in anticipo per organizzare.

Mi piace che fosse pulito e ordinato che mettessero gli asciugamani extra prima delle mani Vorrei solo che l'area per la colazione fosse aperta ma era comunque piacevole.

È un buon posto per viaggiare, le strutture sono buone e lo consiglio per viaggi familiari in molti modi. La posizione è anche ok.

Il servizio dell'hotel è buono, il personale è molto caldo ❤️ Ambiente comodo e camera pulita.Il traffico vicino è comodo, la sensazione generale è buona 👍🏻 La prossima volta, vale la pena prenotare di nuovo

The customer service here is terrible and if you’re coming here and need to stay another day or so past your reserved dates forget about it! They’ll have your room already booked to someone else. Horrible! Jesse Espinoza was the MOD while I was here and the night before my checkout date I asked for an extension. He told me they were ALREADY sold out. Just so happens the next morning I go back down to the front desk and let them know I was having a bit of a hard time because my daughter had gotten sick and was throwing up and I told them again that I still needed the room so she could rest. Again they said they didn’t have the availability and that I was only able to do a late checkout for 12:30pm instead of 11:00am. So I asked why is that you guys book reservations on top of guests who have not checked out yet? I was told that peoples trips are planned in advance so once you check in someone else has already paid for their reservation on your room by the time you check into it. I kept asking why they allow that and Jesse got pretty frustrated with me and they suggested that they look into one of their sister properties for availability. I asked why it is that they would rather have me pack all of my things knowing I need still need the room and leave to go to another location and not the people that haven’t even checked in yet and Jesse told me because he has to “honor the guests reservation.” He also told me that by not allowing me to extend even though I asked the night prior that he’s not dishonoring anything with me because I didn’t reserve for a later time and that I would still be required to check out at the expected time. This is a major inconvenience especially considering my daughter got sick. If you come here either overbook your stay and check out early if you leave according to your plans or simply don’t come here unless your satisfied with terrible customer service and just about any requests that you have being denied. This place needs an entirely new staff and a full ***** of their policies. This place also needs to be inspected for health code violations because during my last stay the water in the bathtub was coming out yellow. No I’m not exaggerating. Again if you’ve made it this far hear me out, DONT COME HERE!

Da dove cominciare? Ero di passaggio e ho prenotato per una notte. Ho fatto il check-in a tarda notte e c'erano ospiti con bambini piccoli che stavano semplicemente fuori dalla loro stanza. L'ho trovato strano perché era quasi mezzanotte. Ho fatto il check-in e c'erano anche diversi ospiti che vagavano per il posto. Mentre camminavo verso la mia camera, ho notato che le aree comuni dell'hotel erano sporche e sembravano piuttosto malandate. Potevo sentire che molti ospiti erano ancora attivi anche nelle loro stanze. Ho aperto la mia stanza e puzzava di fumo di sigaretta. Ho acceso le luci della stanza e del bagno e ho visto uno scarafaggio arrampicarsi sul muro. Tutto nella stanza necessitava di ristrutturazione. Sembrava vecchio e ben utilizzato. Il letto non era comodo e molto duro. Non ci tornerei.

Pulizia, silenzio, letto molto comodo, supervaluta! Mi piace affrontare balconi e tavoli fuori dalla piscina, preferisco assistente di macchina senza ostacoli vicino alla piscina!Questo hotel è molto attento. E'facile andare da Miami da qui. Raccomandazione!Ricorda di portare i tuoi denti e le tue mutandine!E'una bella gita!
