With tile throughout and brand new air ducts, this home also has fantastic air quality. Minutes from PGA, shopping, Turnpike & 95. 10 Miles to beach. 20x35 Event Building use included in rental for putt-putt mini golf. Weddings and Events: WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE WITHOUT PRE-APPROVAL, EVENT CONTRACT SIGNED, AND EVENT FEE PAID. ANY ORGANIZED GATHERING WITH OR WITHOUT ADDITIONAL VISITORS BEYOND THOSE LISTED ON THE RESERVATION IS CONSIDERED AN EVENT. (See below for more details.) The Event Fee is for the use of the facilities, utilities, and grounds for all approved guests on the day/night of the event. This fee is non-refundable and based on the number of guests. Our Event Building can seat up to 80 people, if seated cathedral style in rows. The building is equipped with lights, dance lighting, fans, AC, and a projector. If desired, this building could also be used as a putt-putt mini golf course instead of a seating/dancing area. (Better for a pool party type venue, as it provides an additional activity for the guests.) NON-REFUNDABLE EVENT FEES APPLY AS FOLLOWS: $750 – Up to 25 guests INCLUDING THOSE ON THE RESERVATION – Max 20 cars total. $1,250 - 26 to 50 Guests INCLUDING THOSE ON THE RESERVATION - Max 20 cars total. $1,750 - 51 - 80 Guests INCLUDING THOSE ON THE RESERVATION - Max 30 cars total. Children under 2 years old do not count as guests. We require a minimum of 2 nights stay in the home, and that would be a separate rental cost. (Due to minimum pricing effects, for some dates, the calendar may require more than 2 nights to book, especially if they are weeknights.) All music that can be heard outdoors must be cut off by 10:30PM sharp. Events must end by 11PM, and non-overnight guests leave by 11:30PM.
