Please do not park across the street, on neighbor's lawns or block driveways! $500 fee will be assessed if guest is found in violation of these terms. SMOKING: Permitted outdoors ONLY, PLEASE DISCARD CIGARETTE BUTTS PROPERLY. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT Early check-in: $25/hour LATE checkout: $50/hour. Please request in advance so that we may make necessary arrangements if possible! Checkout time is promptly at 10am. Late fee of $50 will be charged after 10:15 am and every subsequent hour thereafter. TRASH DAYS -Trash Days are: MONDAYS and THURSDAYS Recycling: Wednesdays! Pest Control, Landscape and Pool maintenance personnel may enter grounds of property through side gates any time without prior notice. With a fun-themed décor, The Rustic Retreat is set up perfectly for your special day, providing a relaxing atmosphere for a memorable event! 3 suites on-site, provide sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guests, however, there is plenty of room to accommodate an intimate event of 25 guests on the grounds with a maximum of 6 cars parked on property.
