Terra Olivia Luxury Villas and Suites

We slept here for 3 nights. The villas were great. very comfortable and clean. it is well maintained and the private pool was clean (and cleaned every day). The room is cleaned once a day and the front desk was very kind and helpful. Breakfast is ok, not too rich but satisfy. We had some problem with the lights, but it was ok. There is satellite TV, but we did not find ant channel relevant for us (mostly different european languages and no sport channels). It is located a litlle far from the main square of Paliouri so it is not walking distance, but 2 min, drive. if you run hike, it has a very nice trail from the villa

We stayed at Terra Olivia in August 2022 and I have to say that it was perfect in every way and I truly can’t recommend it highly enough. Having previously stayed at Sani Resort a couple of times and Ikos Oceania once, we returned to Halkidiki with very high expectations and were not disappointed at all by Terra Olivia! As a group of four families, we had three of the smaller villas with use of the shared pool and one larger villa with its own pool… No expense has been spared with the build and tasteful furnishing of the accommodation or any of the facilities and the beds are possibly the most comfortable I have ever slept in! Everywhere is immaculately well kept and always very clean. The view from the whole resort across the Aegean to Sithonia is beautiful morning, noon and night! The location is great being just a 5 minute drive to a great beach and 5 minute walk to Paliouri where there are plenty of lovely restaurants, shops, cafes, bars, bakeries, ice cream parlours, etc. all based around a cobbled street centre that has a very relaxed and authentic Greek vibe to it. The food and drinks at Terra Olivia itself are absolutely delicious… Our kids all raved about how they do the best spaghetti bolognese ever and loved the fresh salads, pizzas and smoothies/milkshakes around the pool any time of day. We had so much delicious food there including some incredible home-made Greek cuisine. Cocktails at the bar are of the highest standard too with premium spirits available. The best thing about Terra Olivia though is without doubt the owners and staff! I can’t fault the place but what really makes it so special and a huge cut above the rest is the people there... It is family owned and run by the inimitable twins Argiris & Sofia, with their parents and a wonderful team. They are just the loveliest people who don’t hesitate to go the extra mile to ensure their guests are happy and have their every need met with a huge smile. I actually don’t want to write on here all of the amazing things they did for us because they have set such an incredibly high bar it would be impossible to exceed other peoples’ expectations if I shared too much! Lol!… Just trust me that Argiris & Sofia are as perfect and attentive as hosts, as the resort they’ve built, is faultless. Their team are equally lovely with special mentions needed for Adonis at the bar and Jovanna in reception, although collectively a special mention for the team of cleaners, pool guy and kitchen staff too as to achieve what they have at Terra Olivia it must require a whole team and for every single person to be amazing. Thank you Terra Olivia for a perfect stay, we will most definitely be back and can't wait! Xxxx

Το Terra Olivia αποτελει ενα πραγματικο διαμαντι για την χαλκιδικη.οι ανθρωποι που το δημιουργησαν προσεξαν καθε λεπτομερεια για μια ανετη και πολυτελη διαβιωση.Ξεκιναω απο την καθαριοτητα που ειναι σε πολυ υψηλο επιπεδο οχι μονο στα δωματια αλλα και σε ολους τους εξωτερικους χωρους .Η πισινα πεντακαθαρη και στην ιδανικη θερμοκρασια.τα κλιματιστικα daikin οτι καλυτερο σε κλιματιστικο.η πιεση του νερου απιστευτη αφου διαθετει δεξαμενη δικη του το ξενοδοχειο για μην μενει ποτε.το πρωινο απιστευτο τα πιο νοστιμα κρουασαν και πεντακαθαρα ολα.η μητερα της κυριας Σοφιας τα επιμελειται προσωπικα..Τα δωματια με απιστευτο γουστο και πολυ πρακτικα πριζες παντου και στους εξωτερικους χωρους.το προσωπικο ευγενικοτατο .Το συστηνω ανεπιφυλακτα .σε μια ηρεμη τοποθεσια με προσωπικο παρκινκ.τα εχεις με λιγα λογα ολα στα ποδια σου οι παραλιες διπλα σου χωρις ταλαιπορια.ΕΝΑ ΜΕΓΑΛΟ ΜΠΡΑΒΟ στους ιδιοκτητες και να συνεχησουν με αυτο το ζηλο .ευχαριστουμε για την φιλοξενια .
