Dirty rooms, cockroaches. Unreasonable to charge so high and have such poor maintenance. Bed sheets were dirty, glasses unclean. Overall bad experience

Very bad food quality room service is very poor and terrible not having hot water, not assesries and very poor breakfast and very very limited

The room was ok but wifi was not provided, ac was switched off at night. The restaurant menu has lot of items but not available to order.

The room was totally worn out. The bathroom door latch was not working. Balcony door wasn't closing. Main door lock was loose. Ac worked for a while and then stopped. Lights and sockets were broken. Overall this property requires too much of repairs asap.

I made a booking for my family and informed the hotel staff that i would checkin quite late as i am travelling. The staff agreed. That's how it is supposed to be! when we reached the hotel the reception staff created a ruckus saying he wont let us in. He was yelling and making pointless arguments saying ki are aapno vo nay e bande se baat kia usko kuch nai pata. Me nai dug a checkin. We had to yell back, speak to the guy we spoke and give them the logic that until l the check out time that room is reserved for me and i can check in whenever the hell i want because the room is reserved for me and we only wanted to freshen up in the hotel. After we put our foot down he let us access the room. No one would want such a distasteful experience. Absolutely pathetic staff behavior.

Room no.205. Date 21/11/23. booking ki advance payment hone ke baad sabse dirty room diya. Or hot water 3-4 hours wait ke baad bhi nhi aaya. staff acha tha. Place safe hai. Manager ke bolne ka tarika bahut galat h. Manager acha insaan nhi tha. Advance booking or advance payment hone se usko personal taklif hui. booking mein 500₹ jyada dene pade. hotel ja kr room lena sasta h. Es hotel ko book na kren. Room dekh kr hi booking kren. Kamal pride hotel ka experience zero rha booking krne se. hotel thik thik h. Safe bhi h. Staff cool h. Manager bilkul bhi acha nhi h. Ram Ram.
