Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Palakkad

Mi sono divertito in hotel gopalapuram internazionale. Mi ha sorpreso di vedere che la proprietà dell'hotel si diffonde su un grande pezzo di terra. Con un sacco di verdure una grande porta e un'entrata senza clutter. L'ingresso è molto impressionante e sperava che il resto dell'hotel sarebbe stato lo stesso. E lo era. Le scale alzano e piangono tutto granito e lucento. Il loro manutenzione è top notch. I vetri specchi sono tutti brillanti. Il personale era sempre utile e cortese. La stanza ha mobili di alta qualità e mobili. Il bagno è dotato di tutte le toilette di cui avrete bisogno durante il vostro soggiorno. Il crockery era buono nel ristorante, qualunque cibo sia cucinato era giù. Ma solo il problema era che servivano solo elementi selezionati dal menu principale.

Il nostro soggiorno era meraviglioso e tranquillo. Dalla nostra arrivo, siamo stati benvenuti con caldezza e gentilezza. L’ambiente tranquillo lo ha reso il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e rilassarsi. La stanza era pulita, accogliente e ben attrezzata, offrendo tutti i comfort della casa, e ci piaceva l’atmosfera tranquilla, che ha fornito l’escape ideale dalla resistenza e dalla resistenza quotidiana. This was our first visit to Sterling Anaikatti Resort from 14th November 2024 to 17th November 2024. We stayed in General Cottage 301 and 302. We reached Sterling Anaikatti via Coimbatore. The rooms and bathrooms were small. The rooms had a queen size bed, one small table, one cupboard for Tea Kettle with supplies and fridge (switched off) and one small wall cupboard for clothes. We had a veranda facing the small river and we used to sit in our balcony to enjoy the river sight with evening tea, memories to be cherished. Resort has a swimming pool, restaurants and Discovery room for various activities. The Room Service was good and everyday Karthik (Supervisor) and Parthipan used to ensure that our rooms are clean, used towels were changed and tea/coffee supplies were topped up regularly. The restaurant was small and food was too good. We had all our meals at the resort restaurant, though items were repeated every alternate day. The restaurant was managed by Debashish. His hospitality was excellent, he was always there to make us feel special, this behaviour was not only with us but with all the guests. The other highlight was the Discovery Room managed by Mrs. Sayani. We all enjoyed playing various games and activities, especially my daughter spent most of her time at the Discovery room. Sayani is quite talented to teach the kids different types of paper craft and art always with that sweet smile. The problem we had with the front desk or reception. I found Ms. Angel to be most unreliable person. One week before our trip I called up and requested for a ground floor room as we have knee problem and it is very difficult to use stairs, still we were given rooms wherein we had to climb steps. Day before our departure we had a detail discussion with Mr. Manoj (other person at Reception) about our delay check-out and it was agreed, that at 11am we will handover one room and other room we will retain till 1pm, so that we can have our lunch. However, at 12:30 Ms. Angel start calling me asking to vacate the room, I told her about the agreement but she said no such thing was discussed and we need to vacate the room immediately. I am not sure is this was a miscommunication in the Front Office or deliberate act. It looks like this Resort does not give preference to Sterling Members and priority was with single day Guest. Our stay was good except for the incident on the departure day.

The rooms were clean. I had booked 4 rooms in total of which one of the bathroom was not havinfg hot water supply continuously and there were patch works done in the washroom. Remaining all rooms were good. Staffs are friendly. They provided 24hr check out facility. There were no kettle and tea bags in the room. Overall i would rate 8/10

I have stayed in this hotel during Oct first week. Actually I forgot to put the feedback 😕 recently I remember to put. Hotel is good but I face some bad experience that is main problem is a/c leakage... I want to ask you that star hotel have this kind of issues is there??? So first You change this kind of a/c and fix a standard one it's a big issue we are expecting to stay happy but this kinds of things how to guest make happy... So you please solve this issues early as possible... One thing we are liked 😄 very much... We meet one lady Ms.Puja she is very prompt and gratitude girl. She came to our room and listened attentive our issues..... It's very good thing👍😊 keep it up 😌 Puja... Your service is amazing 😍 we are very happy to meet you...

Property was very close to palakkad town it was very convenient for us to reach hotel by walk it took us 15-20 min to reach the hotel by walk and about room and room service it is very convincing. Room service is excellent every order will be given to the room directly neat environment and room.

On 29th and 30th January 2024 a few of us had a pleasant stay at Tripenta hotel, Malampuzha.We were a group of 12 couples from NSS Engg college Alumini ,Palghat. The complete staff were very courteous and helpfull throughout our stay.The F and B manager Vinod as well as front office staff were especially very helpfull .The overall ambience of the resort was excellent
