Verdelis Inn

We were fortunate to locate 3 rooms for our group of friends who came from Athens to see the Theatre of Epidavros. The rooms were of a superior standard, A/C, TV and showers that were ideal. What a surprise to find an outstanding breakfast included with the room rate! The breakfast had, cheese, meat, eggs, speciaiist pastry items made in the kitchens of the Hotel Verdeli. A terrific room comparable to the most expensive Athenian hotels. We plan to stay there next year for another weekend to enjoy the beaches, the hospitality of the family that owns Verdellis. Wonderful people! We didn't realize unti our last day that the Verdellis restaurant is EXCELLET. They host weddings and other events as well as the Taverna with an excellent Greek menu.

We went to Epidaurus to visit the ancient theater and healing center of Asklepios. The town of Epidaurus is situated at the port where you will find hotels along the water. We where really so delighted at how warm and welcoming Vasilios and his family were from the start. The room was clean, beds very comfortable, and opened up to a beautiful balcony where they brought fruit, sweets and water as we arrived. We just had to walk downstairs for coffee, a full breakfast, drinks and delicious salads, and dinners and homemade wine. This hotel is easy to find as it is right on the corner as you come to the port. You can take an early morning bus to the archealogical sites or a taxi. There are walks along water and through orange blossom aroma pathways or up to points at the top of hill. Words don't quite express how wonderful this family was to us at the Verdelis hotel. Don't take my word for it...have your own experience...highly recommend!

Nous avons mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel (2 soirs du coup). Les serveurs sont très sympathiques. Des produits très bons (la tarte à la fêta de la grand mère est à tomber par terre). Et là pastèque offerte en dessert. Le tout pour des prix très abordables. Nous recommandons vivement.

Το τριήμερο της Πρωτομαγιάς επισκεφθήκαμε την παλαιά Επίδαυρο και μείναμε στο Verdelis Inn ! Μόνο ευχάριστες εκπλήξεις μας περίμεναν !!! Άνετο δωμάτιο με ωραία θέα στον κήπο και τη θάλασσα με στεγασμένο βεραντάκι που σε προστάτευε από τη βροχή και το κρύο που μας επιφύλαξε φέτος η Πρωτομαγιά! Ευγενικό το προσωπικό και ο ιδιοκτήτης που αντιμετώπισε ένα απρόοπτο, την ώρα του πρωινού, με ειλικρίνεια και διάθεση απολογητική !!! Ωραία σπιτικά προϊόντα για πρωινό και ο καφές μερακλίδικος!!! Ιδανικό για το θέατρο !!! Θα ξαναπάμε !

Πολύ ήσυχο, καθαρό, πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό και ιδιοκτήτης στην παραλία της Παλαιάς Επιδαύρου. Value for money!!! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την όμορφη εμπειρία.

Επισκευθηκα το ξενοδοχείο για να δω έναν φίλο και επί της ευκαιρίας έφαγα μία μερίδα σαρδέλες ψητές με ουζακι. Ήταν οι καλύτερες που έχω φάει σε γεύση και απίστευτα τίμιες σε ποσότητα! Το περιβάλλον πάρα πολύ καλό ήσυχο με ευγενικό και γρήγορο σέρβις! Πολύ καλές, εξωπραγματικές τιμές! Θα σας σύστημα να το προτιμήσετε!!!
