Love the closeness of the hotel to the impact arena…and the hotel itself is so clean and staffs are so friendly…

The hotel was conveniently located near the impact arena and there was a link walk way connecting both places so i didn’t need to be worried about going about when it rains. Room was comfortable size too.

This hotel is really convenient for me as my trip was to attend Jhope concert held at Impact Arena. It just a walking distance to the venue ( the have walkaways from the hotel to the venue) and you dont have to worry about transportation post concert. The room is spacious enough for me and most importantly they provide iron upon request and I was happy for that! Also the hotel welcomed the fans with cute decoration related to the concert and it really made our day! And their mango sticky rice is really delicious!

Location was perfect for concerts goers at Impact Arena by the skywalk bridge. Will book back here for concert purposes. Overall the cleanliness was decent ok, though I understand that special request is upon availability but still kind of disappointed shocked when I was given totally opposite of what I requested.

Good location and cheaper price compared to Novotel. They have their own restaurant. But the hotel is not price valuable, because the room is consider small. But anyways, I’ll still choose to go.

Near Impact Arena very good location for concerts lovers

The staff are so friendly and supportive. The room is clean and cozy. A little surprise welcome decor for fans 😍 so lovely!

Cleanliness is great, hotel staff are friendly. There is a walkway at level 2 linked to Impact Arena.

stayed here bc i was attending a concert at impact arena. the link bridge makes it easier to commute back to the hotel to rest, even tho it’s a bit of a walk. a cheaper alternative compared to the other hotel around the area. however the location of the hotel can be inaccessible to other touristy areas like siam and chula, it takes up to 40mins on a bike. hotel breakfast can be very limited to muslim guests so take note. overall had a pleasant stay bc the staff were friendly and helpful. thank you!

Best to stay in this hotel if you are attending a concert at Thunder Dome / Impact Arena at value cost. There is a bridge linking from level 2 of the hotel to the concert venue. The hotel room is spacious, but the room air-con can be quite cold, especially at night, which is difficult to adjust. Overall, I still had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was the perfect choice, especially if you’re attending a concert in the area. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from Impact Arena. This was my first time staying at ibis Impact Bangkok for two nights, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. Especially during check in, the lady in charge of my check in process was superb and efficient. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient for anyone attending events at IMPACT, as it is just a short distance away. The overall service and amenities were excellent. The breakfast had many choices and was delicious. The staff from the café, breakfast team, the chef who cooked the omelette, housekeeping staff and the doorman were all very nice and friendly. Not to mention the staff who helped me make a cup of coffee during breakfast, he was very kind and gentle. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again for my next event.

Perfect if you're there for concerts or events. There are malls and outlets and 7-11 around so you don't have to worry about food.

Booked Second time for going concert at Impact Arena. Very convenient to walk to /back after concert without to worry about transport.
