It's a cute little resort right next to the Pai River in Pai. Walking distance to all the attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was excellenct since you could have breakfast overlooking the Pai river while it flows. The husband and wife team was also lovely to talk to. They also gave us a choice of what room to take since they apparently didn't have a lot of guests at the time. Room and bed was comfy and clean. Hot water shower worked great. Toilet was a little old but workable. I loved the balcony since it also had a hammock and you could hang out and drink coffee or tea. It was very peaceful. Would come back to just hang out.

Really nice just by river and walking street good welcome by the owner and a lovely fresh omelette in the morning the owner cannot help enough can park by bungalow hard parking for motorcycles. I would recommend and stay again. Rooms v clean and good view.

To be fair, the resort promised as indicated on the booking; Wi-Fi, Parking, Drinking water, Breakfast for 2 people, Express check-in ... no more or less. However, the Deluxe room was good for one night, anything more i would not recommend as (1) the bathroom was extremely worn out, one working light bulb at shower area; shower floor had lots of algae; drainage on the floor had no cover and we saw a sizable snail in the bath area in the morning, (2) mattress is solid hard, (3) bathroom tap was shaking loose. The location is the resort's best plus point.

Staying in Thailand many years but this place buys the cheapest things for the guests. Shower: Cheapest piece of hard sope instead of liquid soap. Thin and no water absorbing towel. Breakfast: only dry bread with cheapest jam. No vegetables and only bananas, no other fruit.. There was a simple rice soup available on the first day. The second day the soup was empty and no replacement available. Instant coffee without milk. Place not recommended!!

I was very impressed by this accommodation bungalows right next to walking on the street. Thevowner was very friendly and welcoming and really nice for breakfast the next day. I enjoyed the room and the view which have a good one of the river. I would stop again and recommend.

The hotel is a short walk from the Pai market. It is nonetheless calm, and the staff was kind. Crossing the river on the bamboo bridge is a nice memory. However, the bed was incredibly hard and the room could barely fit our luggage. You can hear the neighbours. Overall, fine for one night, but we would not have extended our stay.
