The air conditioning was not functioning properly, so when I made a complaint, they sent a technician to fix it. The technician spent about 10-15 minutes replacing some relays and then asked me to wait for another 15 minutes to see if the air conditioning would cool enough. Since it still didn't work well, I requested to be moved to another room. They relocated me to a new room, which this all process from a promoted complaint, took approximately 1 hour. While I was sleeping, someone opened my door at 4 am, but fortunately, I had locked it using the latch attached to the back of the door. This startled me and I shouted, then they left, 15 minutes later the reception call me ask for apologize. So silly!
