The hotel staff was fantastic. We needed to make some changes to our stay and the staff handled quickly and professionally,
The check in staff were very pleasant and helpful!

The room was nice and it was large and it was clean. But the air conditioner was so noisy that you could not run it. It started out OK then a horrible noise like a freight train started up. Also a unit in the hall when you got off, the elevator was extremely noisy. They need to maintain their heating and air-conditioning equipment better.

Decent hotel at a reasonable cost and only one hour from Death Valley.
Nothing exciting but it was clean and in okay shape.
Rooms were non-smoking which was great since the ****** was not.

Wonderful value! Room access quick and easy near entry. Pleasant and helpful staff, room and bath clean and finished,with all in perfect working order. Large bath with lots of counter space, large walk-in shower, hair dryer and nice towels. Room had Keurig, bottled water and frig. Beds were a bit firmer than I'd prefer but that"s a matter of personal preference, and had an extra pillow. Ironing board/iron there too.
Short walk from hotel entry to either of 3 eateries in ****** or bar area.

The bathroom shower had no cold water so not able to take shower comfortably. The room does not have a microwave nor onsite laundry facilities.
