Mutiara Taman Negara

Mi piace molto la sensazione di una baita nella foresta! Addormentarsi con il frinire delle cicale e il cinguettio degli uccelli di notte, la sensazione gioiosa della natura. Incontrerai anche simpatiche scimmie! Esperienza di alloggio molto interessante!

Un hotel così vicino alla natura che ti senti come se fossi in uno splendido giardino di prim'ordine. Sono presenti soprattutto turisti europei e americani, e le strutture balneari sono relativamente semplici. La presenza delle scimmie aggiunge divertimento. La colazione e la cena a buffet sono accettabili.

Adoro questo hotel. Si trova nel cuore del parco nazionale! Anche il Park Center si trova all'interno del resort, tutte le passeggiate nella natura sono letteralmente a due passi di distanza. Se dovessi alloggiare altrove, dovrai attraversare il fiume. La colazione e la cena erano fantastiche! La passeggiata nella giungla, il giro in barca a Berkoh tardivo e il giro in barca notturno sono assolutamente imperdibili! Le gite in barca possono ospitare 4 persone, quindi se fai parte di un gruppo di 4 persone sarà la soluzione migliore, altrimenti dovresti trovare altri da condividere o pagare l'intera barca. Il traghetto fluviale per il villaggio costa solo Rm1 a tratta. 1 minuto di viaggio e disponibilità immediata, non abbiamo dovuto aspettare affatto. Secondo me questo è il posto migliore in cui soggiornare.

È stato un viaggio rilassante. Canopy è divertente e vale la pena provarlo. Le attività sono un po' costose.

Beautiful resort that really makes you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. The grounds are well maintained and really pretty, the huts are a bit plain, but have what you need. The rooms do get really warm which I feel could be solved by blocking off the high roof. This would make it easier to clean and make the room a bit smaller for the small air con unit to cool down. We also had a double hut that connected to another one with a thin door which didn’t lock. Great for families travelling together, but as we did not know the people staying in the other hut, we would have liked the option to lock the door. The walls are also really thin so we sometimes heard a bit more than what we wanted to hear. Some of the activities are incredible! Highly recommend the night jungle walk. The guides are really knowledgeable and managed to spot tiny (and sometimes not so tiny) creepy crawlers for us to see. The day jungle walk was fun and not too hard. “Easy” jungle hiking. The boat trip to Lata Berkoh was a waste of time. The boat trip itself is fine, but you get out to look at a big tree, then again at a “fish sanctuary” which is really just a few empty buildings and a guy selling fish food in recycled bottles. You then feed the fish in the river. Finally, the swimming spot is just a different part of the dirty river, with conflicting signs which state it is both safe and unsafe to swim. The night boat tour was ok. The guides really try to find things for you to see, but it really depends on which animals are out and about. So all in all, good experience, but recommend looking outside the resort for things to do during the day, we mainly just sat around until the next activity we had booked as it was too hot to do anything and many of the trails were too long to do in between min 3-5km. Also: note you cannot get to the resort by car! You need to leave it in the parking and take a boat (1RM per passenger) to get to the resort. Not bad, just not something we knew and it took us a while to figure it out in the dark. Food was ok

The Hotel is super located direct in the national park. Staff is friendly and offered breakfast and dinner were for us more than enough. Tours can be booked directly there. Only topic is that the cabins have seen already better times, the equipment is old and our first cabin hasn’t really light inside and the balcony was directly connected to the rain forest. After we changed the cabin it was much more better.
