The location is on the Main Street. The staff is extremely cordial……..They are always alert and attend to any need that the guest might ask for. Big heaters & electric blankets make the stay comfortable. Views from room is truly mesmerising

I always believe that it’s the people you meet that makes the difference. The Hotel manager, Mr. Ibrahim Mir is a gentleman. From the moment we stepped in till the time we checked out his personalised behaviour was remarkable. Over all the locations of the property is excellent. A little expensive, but for the time of the year, can’t complain much. The hotel amenities are good. Could be better but considering that Srinagar is now picking up I am sure the Hotel will think about upgrading stuff. In general, the quality of breakfast and service in J&K is around average. The reason could be against the big void that was there over the last two decades. With proper training, this could be fixed easily. Am sure it’s a matter of a few years before this is amended. But the lack, if any, is made up by the hospitality of the people if Kashmir. They are so sweet and courteous, I simply fell in love with the valley again. Can’t wait to be back again soon!
