The home has everything needed to make your stay comfortable. Linens and towels provided. The home has a fenced yard and security cameras, also a hot tub. Enough parking for 2-3 cars. Small dog only 25lbs or less. No Large Dogs. Location is prime for walking around town to all the gift shops, parks, river, hot springs and restaurants. Come and enjoy Pagosa!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).$50 pet fee per stay.
