"Ritornerò certamente tutto è stato buono e l’esperienza complessiva è stata buona. Sono anche lenti a piedi, anche se le opzioni sono un po’ limitate. Tuttavia, è piuttosto conveniente e aggiunge al comfort di rimanere qui."

"Pertama kali mencoba menginap di Herloom BSD dengan konsep Apartel, fasilitas kamar lengkap, dengan kitchen set, mesin cuci. kami mengambil type kamar Two Bedroom Executive, namun dikarenakan saat itu hanya tersedia smoking room dan kami menginap dengan anak2, petugas receptionis yg bertugas saat itu berbaik hati memberikan upgrade kamar menjadi suite two bedroom. Kamar bersih, amenities lengkap, over all semua OK. Kolam renang luas kedalaman aman untuk anak2. Pengalaman yg menyenangkan."

"Was looking forward for this trip for an event near ICE BSD. Definitely worth it. You’ll be greeted with porter offering help with your luggages, check-in was breezy.
The breakfast spread is to die for. You can get a taste of Indonesia and I enjoyed every bite.
Will definitely visit again, didn’t manage to make use of the gym and pool, maybe will use that then."

"This is the apartment like B&B which is located near to ICE of Tangerang. Stand in front of B Residemce then turn left you will be arrive ICE within 10 minutes.
The rooms are not big, we rent 2 this time and both of them are about 20 sqm, but it is very comfortable and clean. Every two days the owner will ask if we need them to clean the room.
The opposite side of B Residence is Aeon shopping mall, you can buy everything you want there.
The only defect is the water heater of room 2803 is not hot enough. Just anout 3 minutes, the temperature comes down soon."

"A ”second home”, we called.. been staying here more than 8 times (perhaps) in a year.
Actually not too far from home, and pricewise within all the facilities you get, this is the best hotel ever. Always gonna be back here.."

SSavitri DjRoom: Since the accommodation is actually apartment that is available for daily rental, there is no daily cleaning, no daily towel changes, and no breakfast. However, the room is quite large and neat for the price. Especially, there is a tiny balcony with a view of the city.
Facilities: For those who enjoy swimming, they have a long and spacious pool. There is also a gym with fairly comprehensive facilities. Also, since the ground floor has tenants including a minimarket, coffee shop, and laundry it is very convenient.
Location: Not secluded and on the main road. It's close to ICE BSD, so if you need to attend an event there, it would be an excellent choice. You don't have to worry about breakfast because there is a coffee shop nearby that serves it as well.
I wouldn't stay here for a long time, but I don't mind to return for another quick trip (one or two nights).

UUtente anonimoLe strutture sono sufficienti, ci sono sapone e shampoo, solo il primo giorno non abbiamo ricevuto acqua.. la stanza è molto alta sul quarto piano, puzza bene ogni volta che vogliamo tornare alla stanza. Le scale vendono bevande, ci sono anche cucina per chi vuole cucinare. In generale, è gentile ma meno l'odore di sigarette ogni notte, qualcuno ricco che si appende sul tetto.

UUtente ospiteThe studio room refered by the listing,resembles close to a superior sized hotel room with a queen size bed, a small desk corner and a small kitchenette by the door entrance, equipped with a well functioning fridge.
For the price value point, i would say the room listing is worth the room, location, and POLITENESS of the service rendered (yes... Just the politeness, but efficiency wise..... I'll explain)
Anyone who is looking to book this room for future conveniencies near the BSD ICE... MAKE SURE you are familiar with the malay/indo language... Or at least have an indonesian number or friend... As it would turn out to be a nightmare for the international guests...
Before the check-in date, you'll be approached through trip.com's message channel by the vendor who will ask you for your check-in time and check-out time. Why? Because this isn't a hotel, and the reception counter staff under the apartment isn't the check-in person in charge ..... It is actually managed by a third-party called travelio, a local travel agency within Jakarta.
Summarised:
1. They will ask you to download the travelio app (language available in english and indonesian only), to process your check-in and submit deposit through there. However, my problem was, i was unable to input my booking ref & pin (information sent to your email after booking) due to ”incomplete profile information error” which would lead me to thinking it was verifying my phone number (your travelio account becomes unable to verify after 3 failed OTP attempts, which the OTP never arrives regardless of choosing sms or whatsapp)
2. Their travelio support team and customer service, only allows communication through whatsapp texts, no calls. Meaning... U might have to wait while you panic.
3. Throughout the whole nighmare checkin process, they insist on downloading the travelio app. (Suspicious for trip.com to have included a 3rd party travel agency, but things happen, and my experience with trip.com ended on a good note with professional staffs trying to follow up on a consistent basis)
Regarding the room small problems found which i shared with the travelio agent as well:
1. The bedsheets had several yellow stains, but no bedbugs and foul smell detected.
2. Entrance door can only be locked using a normal key, and the key was slightly out of shape, making it hard to lock from the outside.
3. There was no hot water for showering.
4. If you book the room for long stay, do note this is not a hotel, so there will be no daily housekeeping and replenishment of amenities provided (body soap, shampoo and dishwashing liquid in a small 50ml bottle. NOTE: the shampoo and body soap do smell nice, but they do not foam up. It is better to buy them in a small indomart located just underneath the apartment)
5. There is no water kettle. You will have to boil it like you are cooking :D
In conclusion: Book this place if you have experience with travelio or well versed with indonesian language (they did reach out to me in english after some time, but the efficiency takes way too long). The travelio people whom i have met are very polite, but when it comes to check out.... As they do not have a person in charge at the apartment, it means you do not have the flexibility of checking out whenever you want... And that means, pay close attention to what time your flight is.

CCONG PHUThe hotel is just behind the back gate of Indonesian Exhibition Center. Very convenient to access the exhibitions from there. Aeon Mall is just 5 mins walk so you don’t need to worry about foods.

UUtente anonimoBooked this hotel to attend a concert at ICE, walking distance to ICE but if you're alone its not safe to walk at night because there are no light poles along the road. Room is big enough for one/two person, bed was comfy. The air conditioning is not that cold. The only problem was toilet. It's a bit smelly and the sink tap in my room didn't function (water not coming out). Still it was a nice overnight stay.
