Hotel location in the UNP itself and good location. Hotel lobby is nice and very welcoming by the staff. Unfortunately, the room is very dirty and dusty. You can see hair and dirt marks on the mattress and duvet cover. The toilet wall with greenish mold. It is a waste for such a good location hotel but with very poor cleanliness. Hopefully the management can take a look into this matter.

Eravamo contenti di pulire le stanze e di riposare i letti... e' stato un'acqua piena di occhio... e' stato molto bello con le grandi scivolate con un grande spazio... e le divertimenti animati di sera ci hanno resuscitato gli occhi e hanno fatto divertimento. E' stato molto bene. Il lavoro e l'interesse del personale erano molto buoni. Grazie per l'interesse e l'interesse che il Cervello Insensibile ci ha mostrato.

La stanza era buona. La colazione era decente. Il servizio in camera era medio. Padang non è particolarmente interessante per i viaggiatori, quindi non ritornerò. Andare a Bukittinggi invece!

My stay at the zhm Premier Padang offered several standout features that set it apart from its competitors. However, there are a few areas where improvements could be made. The hotel's unique selling point is undeniably its rooftop facilities. The rooftop restaurant offers a delightful culinary experience with a breathtaking view of Padang. This, coupled with the sky pool, offers an unparalleled experience that truly sets zhm Premier apart from other hotels in the city. However, I would like to suggest that the management consider designating the rooftop restaurant as a non-smoking area. Despite the air-conditioning, the presence of smoke can be a deterrent for non-smoking guests who wish to enjoy their meals in a smoke-free environment. Regarding the accommodation, I found the rooms in the old wing to be on the smaller side. While they were well-maintained and clean, guests looking for spacious accommodation might find them a bit lacking. Another issue I encountered was related to sound isolation. The walls in the old wing rooms did not seem to be sufficiently soundproofed, resulting in noise from other guests being clearly audible. This can be somewhat disruptive, especially during the night or early morning hours. Despite these minor drawbacks, the service provided by the staff was commendable. They were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. This, combined with the excellent rooftop facilities, makes the zhm Premier a strong contender among Padang hotels. In summary, while there are areas for improvement, the unique offerings and quality service make zhm Premier Padang a worthy choice. Can't recommend this hotel enough. A truly delightful experience from check in to check out. The friendly staff were always smiling and making sure our experience here was of the highest standard, especially Alfano who appears to have been born to be a hotel manager. The rooftop pool provides a fantastic view of the ocean, surrounding jungle and the sprawling city of Padang. The food was great in the restaurants and the basement bar and pool room was a great way to relax with cold beers and a game of billiards. Definitely coming back.

È un piccolo hotel vicino al terminal ferroviario rapido Mentawai. La ricezione frontale è stata amichevole, ma una passeggiata fino alle camere del secondo piano, perché non c'è ascensore.
