The location definitely in the central. Make us easy to explore the city. Known as an old hotel, but it was renovated and really looks like new hotel. The room is big and very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is nice, have quite lot of variety. Recommended...!!!

I saw improvementa since the last time i stayed here, the shower is getting stronger, but not the wifi speed, its still low. Only around 3Mbps. But it has nice swimming pool atbthe top, but its closed at 6 pm, you cant swim while enjoying the sunset at the ocean. Delicious food at the cheap price too in the restaurant.

The hotel's unique selling point is undeniably its rooftop facilities. The rooftop restaurant offers a delightful culinary experience with a breathtaking view of Padang. This, coupled with the sky pool, offers an unparalleled experience that truly sets zhm Premier apart from other hotels in the city. However, I would like to suggest that the management consider designating the rooftop restaurant as a non-smoking area. Despite the air-conditioning, the presence of smoke can be a deterrent for non-smoking guests who wish to enjoy their meals in a smoke-free environment. Regarding the accommodation, I found the rooms in the old wing to be on the smaller side. While they were well-maintained and clean, guests looking for spacious accommodation might find them a bit lacking. Another issue I encountered was related to sound isolation. The walls in the old wing rooms did not seem to be sufficiently soundproofed, resulting in noise from other guests being clearly audible. This can be somewhat disruptive, especially during the night or early morning hours. Despite these minor drawbacks, the service provided by the staff was commendable. They were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. This, combined with the excellent rooftop facilities, makes the zhm Premier a strong contender among Padang hotels. In summary, while there are areas for improvement, the unique offerings and quality service make zhm Premier Padang a worthy choice. I look forward to seeing these improvements on my next visit, and I am confident that these changes will enhance the overall guest experience.

Il cibo è molto buono La posizione è molto facile da andare ovunque servizio è molto buono Le strutture devono essere migliorate di nuovo, come se le tolette nella stanza dovessero essere cambiate in un giochi più pulito e migliore (la mia toletta nella stanza è sconvolta e sembra troppo vecchia), non c'è acqua calda per il bagno, il pavimento è bagnato, ci sono moschi

Che posso dire di questo Gem in città?? Sono sconvolto dalla loro pulizia e dal loro caldo benvenuto. Anche tu non potevi perdere il loro ristorante situato sul tetto. È una causa fenomenale che si può vedere 360 gradi di Kota Padang. Certamente tornerà un giorno.Bravo Whiz Team 🤟🤟🤟

Mi è piaciuto stare lì perché hanno un bel colazione, la stanza era media, la strada era malvagia e l'internet era molto lento nella stanza, penso perché ho scelto la stanza di fumo. ma sono rimasto qui due volte perché hanno un bel colazione e una buona piscina.

Hotel location in the UNP itself and good location. Hotel lobby is nice and very welcoming by the staff. Unfortunately, the room is very dirty and dusty. You can see hair and dirt marks on the mattress and duvet cover. The toilet wall with greenish mold. It is a waste for such a good location hotel but with very poor cleanliness. Hopefully the management can take a look into this matter.
