Hotel in zona Pacific Grove Museum of Natural History, Pacific Grove

La bella vecchia casa di Pacific Grove con pochi parcheggi davanti, e abbastanza parcheggio sulle strade fuori e verso il lato. Il soggiorno è stato per due notti e ha una bella, grande camera, una buona bagno e tutte le attrazioni, con vista dall'alto della fronte dell'hotel. È stato un po' troppo freddo per sedersi nel giardino, ma sarebbe stato il tempo più caldo. Ogni sera c'è un bicchiere di prosecco complimentare per gli ospiti, che è stata una bella sorpresa, come è stato il colazione continentale di mattina. È a circa mezz'ora di cammino verso Monterey, ma ci sono alcuni bellissimi ristoranti nel Pacific Grove. Mangiamo alla Beach House, Loves Point e Wild Fish. Abbiamo anche un drink nel bar Monarch.

I wish I could write a 5-star review. If I hadn't been traveling with a disabled friend in a wheelchair, they would have deserved a 5-star review. As it was, I left feeling disappointed. They state they have an ADA room but despite 3 phone calls in advance to confirm details, there were several areas that could be improved. (1) the two accessible parking spots didn't have enough room for the automatic ramp to unfold and provide space for the wheelchair to roll off. (2) The mechanism to switch the shower from on high to the hand held handle was at the top of a tall pipe, requiring a person to be able to stand and raise their hand above their head. She was alone in her room so was unable to take a shower at night. The mechanism had malfunctioned anyway, so 5 people were not able to make it work the next day and it had to be repaired. (3) the bedroom contained two oversized chairs a few inches from the end of the bed, preventing easy movement of the wheelchair. (4) the single plug was too far from the bed. The electric wheelchair must be charged overnight--she was unable to use the plug because the chair would have been across the room with no way for her to get from the chair to the bed. (5) same plug issue prevented her from being able to plug her phone in and have emergency access to it from across the room. (6) I requested a call from the manager after our stay, but have yet to receive a call after 3 weeks. All things you read about in other reviews are true--it's a beautiful building, the furnishing are gorgeous, the setting is spectacular, the breakfast buffet was delicious, the staff onsite are friendly and welcoming and tried to be as helpful as they could under the circumstances. I appreciate that it's an older building, but most of the issues had nothing to do with that--removing some furniture, providing a power ***** and thinking about how the shower works wouldn't be that difficult. And providing a return call is just basic customer service. It's a lack of understanding of what a disabled person needs. This was a girl's trip and we had 3 rooms next to each other.

This is a wonderful , beautiful, amazing bed and breakfast! Where do i start? Location is incredible! Quick walk to Cannery Row or into town in Pacific Grove or to Lovers Point. It’s directly across the street from the ocean so the views are magnificent! The bike pathq is directly across the street and the hotel will provide you free of charge bikes. My husband and so went on an absolutely gorgeous 8 mile ride along the coast. Amazing! The main house: from the outside it’s a traditional looking home but inside the decorating was modern beach and stunning!!! It’s comfy yet fashionable! And the views are amazing! There are cookies all day , wine and cheese in the afternoon and a yummy breakfast each morning. We stayed in the back building and had an incredible suite with blocked views of the ocean. We had a fireplace , large sitting area, large bathroom with tub and separate shower and a king bed. The room was decorated beautifully. Our fireplace had some issues but they sent someone to fix it and also gave us a pretty significant credit (before we even had to ask) for our difficulty. The staff are kind and helpful. 5 stars all the way! We will be back!!!

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Beautifully decorated, clean and exclusive. It has oceanview and is located in walking distance to Cannery Row with plenty of restaurants and shops. The straff took great care of us! Juri welcomed us and gave us a tour of the hotel. She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We will be back😊

La varietà di tipi di camera che questo hotel offre rende grande per le famiglie. La camera con cucina era perfetta per la riparazione del pranzo con noi o per un pranzo di svago sul patio. Il colazione aveva abbastanza scelte calde e fredde per piacere a tutti. È stato molto tranquillo quando l'hotel era completamente pieno. L'hotel viene con diversi posti di parcheggio coperti. Abbiamo già pianificato di tornare!

Ci siamo arrivati molto tardi, abbiamo bisogno di aprire il codice di chiusura per prendere la stanza.Non c'è colazione quando si prenota.Ma vediamo l'introduzione nella stanza e c'è tempo per scrivere la colazione.Sono andato alla reception presto e ho chiesto che la reception era buona e può essere presa a qualsiasi cosa! (un pacchetto di carta per la colazione, con mele, bevande e caffè) se prenotate, potete prestare attenzione al messaggio di introduzione dell'hotel.

Le camere non erano buone, non sembravano nulla di grande, ma i rifiuti di acqua potevano essere evitati con i piu' nuovi bagni e valvole da doccia. Questo rifiuti non acqua aveva un collare nel bagno. Il colazione serviva a te stesso e molto basso. La piscina sembrava pulita ma il bagno aveva un bambino in essa con un divano e i genitori cresciuti [?] non ci importavano, ma noi ci importava. Tutto in tutto molto prezioso per quello che abbiamo e l'aggiunta di tasse/tasse davvero ha fatto saltare il prezzo ...guarda.

La posizione è conveniente, e una bella grande stanza del Re, ma alcuni difetti: mancanza di istruzioni per la stanza: il tappo è smarrito, con ”caldo” fornendo solo acqua fredda, il controllore della temperatura era insolito e non intuitivo, Non è sufficiente la luce del bagno, con la doccia più grande è una zona oscura. È un peccato che Covid-19 abbia causato un arresto nei servizi pubblicitari per colazione a sedere - con solo caffè caldo e un sacchetto di carta con succo di frutta, un prodotto di mela e di pasticceria in pacchetto disponibile per la raccolta ogni mattina alla ricezione, un breve passo in strada.

Stayed in the deluxe double bed suite. One bed was in its own room and the other was right by the front door next to the couch and kitchen area. Only bummer was no air conditioning but we brought our fan so it was ok. Dated comforters made it feel like an older inn- which to be fair it is. We will absolutely stay here again! Seemed like many older people and a few families were staying here so it has a quieter vibe to it. Easily within walking distance to the shoreline
