Ambience was very good staff is also good and polite breakfast was nice location was also nice overall good experience

First things first, there needs to be a signboard so people can locate where Wowstayz actually is (it took us a while to figure that out). Second, even though everything seems beautiful on the outside, there are just too many problems in the room like: • the ac was making loud noises and sprinkling water • they charge like a 3-4 star hotel for a room but their TV wasn't working at all. •their washroom and bathroom has a terrible smell that stays for 24*7 • breakfast is served @9 AM which is a little too late and there is not much variety in it • the the door to the room takes atleast two minutes to open and 2 minutes to close with a key, it's a struggle • bedsheets have stains on them • one has to keep managing the temperature of water on a cold morning/evening because it's either too hot or too cold - there's no in between. If they work on these issues the hotel will be a hit. It's a beautiful property but it needs high level of maintenance which obviously is not happening. 2/5 would not recommend unfortunately.

Firstly this is one of the best ever hospitality I have ever received in any hotel, we stayed here for 3 days and had amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner . Mr.Ritesh has very kind and humble nature , he assisted us & guided us very well in this 3 days trip to Pachmarhi. Thanks a lot sir....

Poor site booking experience and response. Hotel was below average. No lift available so people having problem with stairs should be advised not to use. No parking. No lobby. Luks like a house converted to a hotel.

Rooms were ok but service was not at all good. Breakfast served on first day was not at all good and was cold. Milk for kids was not included in the breakfast.

WowStayz Serenity is an absolute gem in Pachmarhi. I stayed here with my friends, all girls, and it exceeded our expectations. Spacious, luxurious rooms, incredible interior, quick and friendly service, and, most importantly, a safe environment for girls. This property is a shining example of WowStayz's offerings in Pachmarhi, making it the ideal place for a weekend getaway. Highly recommended for a secure and delightful stay for women!
