We spent only one night here : the hotel is located on the hill overlooking the rice fields below and the position is quite nice . There are many stairs to reach the rooms and we found our room it a little bit “old style “ and not of the same level of other hotels we stayed in Vietnam , Anyway the room was very clean with a nice terrace to enjoy the scenery. Breakfast and dinner were ok. To us , this is the kind of hotel more suitable for groups . Anna and Francesco from Italy

Il n’y a pas assez de chaises longues au bord de la piscine, et lorsque l’on en demande on nous dit qu’il n’y a en a plus. Il n’y a que 10 chaises longues alors qu’il en faudrait au moins le double. Les clients sont obligés de s’allonger par terre sur les carreaux. Pourtant il y a largement la place autour de la piscine pour mettre davantage de chaises longues. Il y a même une terrasse en contre-bas de la piscine, qui pourrait accueillir de nouvelles chaises longues. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi les gérants de l’hôtel n’achètent pas davantage de chaises longues. C’est ridicule et ça ne correspond pas au standing de l’hôtel. Pour le reste, le personnel est adorable, le restaurant est bon, et la vue est belle (bien que parfois/souvent brumeuse mais c’est le jeu de la météo). Le prix est bien trop élevé (100€/nuit pour nous, en hors saison…) par rapport aux autres hôtels au Vietnam, surtout pour s’allonger par terre sur les carreaux durs. J’espère que ce point sera changé pour les prochains clients.

Excellent - moved from a less-than-great hotel in Chau Doc to treat ourselves on our last day in the area. Had visited for food and decided it was where we would like to stay. Lovely, friendly staff, good food, superb views, nice pool and certainly worth the extra in comparison to other options in the area - from experience. Take a bike to the bird sanctuary some half hour away or just sit and enjoy the view towards the mountain range in the distance. Wish we had had more nights here and not the 3 we had in Chau Doc and not finding anywhere to eat! The room had its own large terrace with table and chairs and great view. Room of decent size and comfortable bed. Bathroom fine but perhaps a better hairdryer for those with a lot of hair! We would return here if back in the area - nice memory.

2 nights stay, A part from many stairs to rooms/villas nothing to complain about. This is not an easy access hotel. Great view, God restaurant and food therein too. Service overall very good. To visit the town you need to get a taxi, so high this place is. A rare 5 points from me. Highly recommended.

We were staying at the nearby Victoria Chau Doc and came here for dinner. The setting here (rice fields in the valley below) is stunning. We had a good dinner outside on the patio as the sun went down. This hotel has less English speakers than the Chau Doc one. I’ve found all 4 Victoria hotels in Viet Nam serve good food & are not too expensive.

This hotel is a Gem Tucked away in Vietnam. The views and pool are stunning. The rooms are quaint and staff is so accommodating and gracious. The sunset and sunrise are amazing. Thus hotel is a great value for your money. Our only regret is we only got to stay one night.

The only thing I did not like about this hotel were the gekkos in our room. The place in beautyful, the view is beautyful. We got so much help from the staff! All the staff was so kind. The food was nice, the pool is nice, the temple nearby is beautyful, and the big temple a bit further away was beautyful.

Very clean and comfortable. Very good, delicious, plentiful restaurant food. Good breakfast. Great views over the paddy fields to Cambodia. Excellent stay. Would stay longer in future... Maybe in the future. Lovelly, helpful staff. Thank you.

If you have seen enough of beaches globally (and VN beaches are often not necessarily competitive) you want to visit the Mekong. It is however exceptionally difficult to find good hotels in the Mekong delta but Victoria is a pleasant exception. I have been traveling here regularly over the past years on motorbike trips and their service is constant even after covid where many hotels went down nationwide. 1. Checkin: efficient, friendly and good 2. Room: rather large with a good sized Terrasse overlooking the flat lands with a beautiful view. The bed is ok, not outstanding, the bathroom is sufficient. Everything is clean. 3. Local Traveller go into Restaurants around, foreign Traveller normally don’t. There is no need for that, their restaurant serves good food. 4. Breakfast is local but sufficient. 5. The pool and its area is very enjoyable. I like it here and will always come back when I do my Mekong tours.

It is great place to stay for my family. They are so warm and friendly. The location is great on the side of Sam mountain. The room is so okay with the accommodation. The swimming pool is nice view. The local food so delicious.
