Hotel molto carino vicino a Varsavia, personale molto gentile, bellissima hall, colazione gustosa.

It was a very nice hotel.The food was very healthy and fresh. We had a good time.It is located very close to the markets and the bus stop.( by car) It was very far from the city center but it was a nice hotel.The Hotel staffers were friendly🤗. Thank you so much!

Pleasant enough hotel but the room I was in felt a bit dated and a bit tired, the mattress in particular was past its best and really should be replaced. Good breakfast and reasonable restaurant. Efficient check in and check out. Only Polish TV stations. Large car park.

I have visited this hotel over more than 10 Years and love it still. A bit old fashioned and in need of an upgrade to modernise the rooms but the food remains excellent. Service amazing and staff lovely. I tend to travel as single lady and feel comfortable and safe here.

Hotel spełnił oczekiwania, uczestniczyłam na seminarium z uczelni. Przyjazna obsługa i organizacja sali. Recepcjonistka w długich blond włosach bardzo miła i kulturalna. Niestety problem z dojazdem z Warszawy. Smaczne jedzenie w restauracji

Hotel „palacowy”, wystrój w tym stylu- nie mam nic przeciwko- jednak pokoje i wyposażenie wymagają konserwacji/ odświeżenia. Brak prądu w jednym pokoju, nieprzyjemny zapach unoszący się z wykładziny (?)? Pokoje raczej czyste, panie sprzątające miłe. W recepcji Pani Front Office Manager bardzo nieprzyjemna, opryskliwa w stosunku do klienta. Czuliśmy się czasem jakbyśmy to my byli dla tej Pani- nie odwrotnie.. poza tą Panią, obsługa recepcji miła. Na śniadaniu- dziwne zasady. O brakujące jedzonko na pustych paterach, podgrzewaczach- należy się dopominać u Pani kelnerki (jakby nie zauważała?). Zdarzyło się że także bywała poirytowana. Niezrozumiałe zasady działania stacji live cooking- jak mało gości to dostaniesz świeże jajko sadzone- jak więcej gości to jesz gotowce z podgrzewacza. Soki niesmaczne, rozcieńczane z koncentratu- kończący się koncentrat także nie przykuwa uwagi Pani kelnerki… myślę że jak na swą cenę oraz gwiazdki- personel powinien się tu wiele jeszcze nauczyć.. plus za duży parking.

L'impressionnant complexe intitulé "Mazurkas" ne fait pas exception à la règle : comme partout en Pologne, sauf peut-être au centre de Varsovie - du moins d'après notre expérience - il faut pousser la porte d'un hôtel si on veut trouver un restaurant. Ici, il s'agit du GEORGE SAND. Dès qu'on traverse le lobby, on sent que tout est fait pour "en jeter plein la vue" aux clients. La salle du restaurant, avec ses lustres en cristal à bobèches, ses grands tableaux muraux, ses nappages en soierie, ses élégantes cariatides, ses bougies et sa moquette genre Savonnerie vous transporte dans un autre temps. On s'attend presque à être servis en gants blancs ! Le service est en tout cas à l'aune du décor : il est diligent et attentionné. L'assiette, quoique parfaitement correcte, n'est hélas pas à la hauteur des 'great expectations' suscitées. A part l'excellent Polish Mojito et les délicieuses chanterelles, aucun des autres composants du repas ne nous laissera un souvenir inoubliable. Quant à l'addition, elle se montait à 424 zlotys pour deux (soit 95€), sachant qu'après les cocktails, nous n'avons bu que de la bière. N.B. Je ne parlerai pas de l'hôtel, puisque nous n'y avons pas séjourné, mais je sais que les résidents doivent payer pour la voiture stationnant sur le parking.
