Hotel in zona Leiden Square, Oxford

La posizione dell'hotel è buona, a quattro stazioni di autobus dal Teo College, a circa venti minuti a piedi. La stanza è anche grande, questo letto di tipo camera è molto grande, e si sente a 2 metri.Quattro posti sono stati fermati. La stanza ha due letti da divano. Non l'ho visto. L'immagine mostra il piano di sopra e di sotto, in realtà, ma la superficie è abbastanza grande, l'hotel ha aggiunto due letti piccoli. Il riscaldamento è buono, la temperatura della stanza è comoda, la finestra è una fattoria, un senso di campo molto. La colazione è regolare. La mancanza di bellezza e cinese, il fronte è molto timido, nessuno ha portato il bagaglio. Poi, in seguito, un funzionario ha incontrato un membro del personale sulla strada della stanza per vedere che ho portato la mia valigia e ho preso quattro sacchetti molto divertenti. Mi ha mandato nella stanza, molto grazie! L'hotel è ben igienico, le lavande e le lavande sono molto pulite, e il letto è molto pulito. In generale, è soddisfatto.

Fabulous newly-refurbished room with super bed, compact but nicely fitted bathroom and air con. Peaceful village setting away from roads, a bonus around Oxford, with easy access to city by bus or riverside ride or walk. Welcoming staff and spacious, relaxed lounges and bars, lots of outdoor space.

Questo Oxford Express Hotel è simile al Motel 168 e all'Home Inn di Shanghai. Le camere sono compatte, piccole e raffinate per quanto riguarda gli standard. È comunque ottimo per viaggi d'affari. È sicuro, pulito e ordinato. È a 40 minuti a piedi da Oxford City. Se non vuoi andare, c'è una fermata dell'autobus di fronte all'hotel per 2 sterline. Il prezzo di partenza è una corsa in taxi dalla stazione ferroviaria e dalla stazione degli autobus. Ci sono molti centri commerciali e hotel tra cui scegliere. L'unica cosa è che i prezzi sono un po' come le montagne russe. Il prezzo è di una camera al giorno, da 680 yuan a notte a 295 yuan solo un giorno in mezzo!

停車便利，旁邊就是很熱鬧的Summertown，咖啡書店MSFOOD都很方便。離牛津市中心就五公里，乘公交或步行都不錯選擇。後廚是一對中國年輕夫婦打理，中國人聰明做點英式早餐就太簡單了，如果加點中式粥麪我估計生意還要好。前台也很友善，總體服務都不錯。

We stayed for two evenings in May to visit Blenheim palace. We had two rooms, both superior, one on the first floor of the pub and one leading out to the front. Both rooms were beautiful; the one outside had very low ceilings and beams (ok for us as we’re not tall), with a big clawfoot bath and a walk in wardrobe. It also had the most stunning fireplace that backs on to the one in the pub. The other room had a huge 6ft bed and a very big walk in shower. Both were incredibly comfortable and we slept well both nights. We ate at the pub both evenings; the first night a young chap was managing the restaurant, he and the team did a phenomenal job. The service and the food was superb. He second evening we shared the steak (we had two between the four of us) and it was amazing. Again the food and service was fabulous. On the Saturday we were the only ones eating breakfast, the service was prompt and the food delicious. However the breakfast on the Sunday was an absolute disaster; the chap who seated us (I didn’t catch his name but he had an overseas accent) took our order and then we waited…. We waited and waited as he seated others, took their orders and their breakfasts came while we waited. The room wasn’t full, there were about 5 other tables seated (and he walked past us several times and looked at the table). When we asked him, he blamed the kitchen then went to find out what had happened. He came back and apologised and said it would be with us shortly (to be clear, two of us were only having toast!) only for us to have to chase again. An hour had gone by and we still had no breakfast (every other table had come and gone by then. After chasing a second time, he brought out one cooked breakfast (with the wrong eggs) and an omelette (the other order was for poached eggs on toast), oh and then the toast! We explained this was wrong so he blamed the kitchen again and then said he’d get them to make poached eggs but we said we’d rather not have rushed poached eggs (and to be honest it had been over an hour, we had to get off). There was an almighty row going on between him and the kitchen (I imagine the order simply hadn’t made it and then he’d guessed). We were gutted, it had been such a lovely stay with two fabulous meals and great service and it ended like that. We were told that a guest had a flat battery and they were trying to help out with that, but to me there’s no excitement for that level of service in a breakfast room where only 5 tables have taken breakfast. When I checked out he apologised it did not make eye contact. I really wanted to be writing a positive review and like I said the majority of the stay was super, to the point we’d discussed returning g. However that wouldn’t happen now, which is a shame.

Cooked breakfast standard fare but my word, the chef got it cooked to order just right. Good quality real ale available as well as the usual drinks you would expect. Bedroom blinds sligtly dodgy but not enough to deduct a star and ore than made up for by decent bed, bathroom and the coffee maker. Decor matched the age of the building in a clean, bright and interesting way - not cutesy or overdone. Efficient, warm and friendly staff. Good value for money. Will definitely return.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at The George. Lovely dinner - good range on the menu including lots of alcohol free drink options. The bed was really comfortable and it was a lovely cozy room with great amenities. Lovely location - Dorchester is beautiful! We loved the community farm just up the road with a lovely cafe and alpacas among others. Lovely countryside surrounding Dorchester and lovely cycle route to Oxford on the NCR5. Thanks George Hotel for a lovely stay!

This is 2nd time we stayed in this trip. The aircond noise non stop and we feed back the 1st time when we were there. But I guess they can’t do anything … if you are light sleeper. Stay away 😀😪
