Bene, bene, bene...

Resto abbastanza spesso e non sono mai insoddisfatto. Per il prezzo delle camere e considerando che ottengo dei premi per la prenotazione online ecc. ecc. Sono appena arrivato preparato. Di solito ho il mio shampoo, gli asciugamani e persino la mia coperta. Adoro il personale, so che lavora molto duramente con ciò che gli viene dato. Ho avuto problemi con l'impianto idraulico in un paio di stanze in cui ho soggiornato; ma la manutenzione lavora sodo cercando di risolvere i problemi. E se non risolti, si assicurano di rimediare (cambio stanza per ospitare meglio). Comunque, mi piace stare ogni volta che ne ho la possibilità. Soprattutto se riesco a stare in una delle suite. Il mio obiettivo è quello di soggiornare in ogni suite a tema almeno una volta. ️

Microwave was downstairs and only one the tub was dirty and the Wi-Fi sucks

We traveled with two other couples to attend a seminar at the River Park Center. The room we were given was not acceptable to our taste. The first thing we noticed was a foul odor when we opened the door to our room. Secondly, the room was not clean enough in our opinion. Musky smell that seemed to soak into the sheets and towels. Then when we wanted to watch the television there was no remote anywhere. We called the front desk but the person working did not offer to bring or have someone on the staff to deliver a replacement tv remote. My spouse had to get in the automobile and drive to the front desk go inside and wait for the attendant to search for a remote.

I saw some bad reviews and I didn't understand how that could be. They have a no pet policy and that sold me on the motel. I could really care less about bad reviews with a no pet policy. We booked the room through *******. When we arrived the desk clerk was friendly and we had a reservation for a king bed. We were given the card key to check out the room at our request. The room wasn't going to work for us because there was no tub only a shower. The desk clerk's name was Sissy. She said that the only rooms with tubs were the handicapped rooms. I told her that would be fine with us. She started looking and discovered that the only handicapped room they had was not going to be available for our 4th day. We would have to be moved. I told her I didn't want to move but after talking with my husband we decided to take the room. Later on the night desk clerk John was able to fix it so we didn't have to move on the last day of our visit. We think he went out of his way to fix the problem to keep us in the same room for our stay. The housekeeper whose name is Deborah was always checking on us when she would see us in the hallway. We did have a complaint with loud music in the room next to us. Deborah handled that problem within an few minutes. She should be the manager in my opinion. This was the most friendliest motel I have ever stayed in and we do travel a lot.

Credo che questo sia un BW di nuova costruzione che ha aiutato per un 5 stelle Check-in e Out è stato facile:) Bella zona sicura con grande parcheggio. Notte tranquille, nessuna TV a rumore Nice TV con buona selezione stazione. Belli cuscini, letti, asciugamani:) Abbondanza di acqua calda in doccia con buona pressione:) La stanza è uscito pulito Colazione è la vostra normale qualità BW. Sono normalmente grato per essere un ospite BW Diamante Seleziona e dare una bottiglia d'acqua, non qui
