Hotel a Overland Park, Stati Uniti d'America

Ho avuto il piacere di rimanere qui per qualche giorno alla settimana per 4-5 mesi ora. Non solo la posizione è grande, ma l'hotel è molto pulito! I letti e le mutandine mi sentivano come dormivo in una nuvola. L'hotel sembra un po' più vecchio, ma è stato ben aggiornato. La piscina e il centro fitness sono anche molto bello! Sembrano di essere a breve dispositivi (come il resto degli Stati Uniti) ma i dipendenti che hanno davvero sono eccezionali. Ogni volta che ho avuto contatto con il personale che sono amichevole. Nicole al Desk front è eccezionale. Sembra davvero che le piaccia! Ha avuto le risposte a tutte le mie domande e era familiare con la zona e aveva alcune grandi raccomandazioni! Qualsiasi richiesta che ho, cioè) camera servita, piatti extra, caffè, ecc. sono sempre stati soddisfatti. Servizio al cliente come questo è difficile da trovare, ed è uno dei molti motivi che continuo a tornare.

Utilizzando una nuova carta di tappo per la stanza. Camera pulita con bagno, acqua da bagno calda ma non super calda. TV set con molti canali. Camera confortevole con 5 pizzi. Buon colazione di uova, salsa, patate, biscotti e segale con succo di canna, succo d'arancia, succo di mela e buon caffè.

Il centro è molto amichevole.

Il letto è molto comodo, non c'è problema a breve termine di viaggio

La zona di lobby e colazione del motel chiuso nel febbraio 2023, firmata “chiuso a causa di Covid”. La ragione reale sembra essere solo risparmiare il costo di mantenimento. Il colazione fredda è costituito da 2 bar un pacchetto di muffin a basso costo e una tangerina. La stanza aveva mancato tessuti faciali, mancava vestiti di lavaggio, tessuto di colore, copertura di finestra danneggiata. I cani hanno permesso e ho dovuto ascoltare un cane barbecue tutta la sera. Inutile dire che io scelgo un altro alloggio in questa zona in futuro.

Sembrava che il personale lavorasse molto poco, ma questo è dovuto a molti fattori. I letti erano molto comodi e così erano le mutande. Il colazione non era il migliore, ma giusto.
