One lady at check in. No manager on site and a few angry guests about supposedly dirty rooms caused a very long check in. Also people live here and we saw young folks bringing in alcohol for parties. And it was loud at times in the night but not horrible. Our room was very clean and well appointed. If it weren’t for the very long check in where we sat and watched angry guests fight with the one employee on site and alcohol parade in things would’ve been pretty good considering the price.

Great location close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants. Plenty of free parking spots, great units in wonderful condition, a coffee machine in the lobby for specialty coffees.

Nice having a 2 bedroom/bath apartment's privacy vs sharing one hotel room.
Stomping in apartment upstairs was disruptive.

We stayed @ WaterWalk several times in the past. In the past our room was very very clean & was looking forward to the same experience. This time we stayed our room was not clean. There was trash on the kitchen cabinet, dirty knife in the sink. In the bathroom there was a dirty towel on the floor, one on the sink and a dirty wash cloth in the shower not to mention the wad of hair on the floor plus in the other bedroom there was doghair on the area rug. We will never return to this place again.

Had an issue with my initial room being dirty like they were cleaning it then stopped. They promptly got me another room without issue.

Amazing staff and rooms. Our suite was impeccable when we arrived. The woman who checked us in, Hazel, I believe, was phenomenal. She was incredibly nice and assisted us with everything she needed.
Overall I very much recommend staying at the WaterWalk if you're in Kansas City and need somewhere to stay. Especially long term.

Front service isn’t WOW like the signs display, took a bit for them a bit to greet us and find our reservation but still great service! Room was full of amenities and clean! Overall, it was a quick trip and everything went great!
