Cleanliness was good but my major complaint is that they did not tell us that the air is not working so when we got into our room, it was 80° and all we had was a small window to prop open. Went down to the front desk to see about moving rooms and we weren’t able to do they have us a box fan to put in front of the window for circulation. The next day we saw so many other patrons have box fans as well so this is an entire building issue. We luckily had a colder day the next day and kept our window open to keep the room cool but I was very angry about not being informed of the air not working or the front desk people not offering to take some money off of our stay.

Staff are friendly. No cleanliness issues. Smells clean, but not offensively so. Fitness room was standard but nice and clean. Breakfast was fine as well. Had hot food and not just cereal and toast. Shower had good water pressure. Indoor pool looked nice, but never visited it.
It is an older building but maintained from what I could tell. The tile in the bathroom was cold but clean. My only complaint is that adjusting the thermostat didn't seem to make a difference as the room was very cold. I just shut it off so it wouldn't blow cold air into the room as I was barely in the room except sleeping and getting ready for a workshop.
I plan to stay here in the future if I'm ever in the area.

It is a very outdated hotel but it’s not bad to stay at. The rooms are very dim and the bed is on the Harder side if you’d like that. The breakfast was not much. All in all if you just need a place to stay for the night And don’t wanna spend a ton of money then the hotel is just fine for that

Had to move rooms as the hair dryer and the cold water faucet in the first room didn’t work. Moved to another room once again hair dryer didn’t work nor did the tv

The staff here was attentive and amazing.
Breakfast was top notch.
Quiet room.
Had an issue with my thermostat not triggering the heat, but they fixed it swiftly and were very concerned if I was satisfied.
For the not so great:
Found a long black curly hair in my bed before I got in, and I have reddish straight hair so it wasnt mine.
The entryway light flickered off and on like a strobe light when I turned it on but eventually stopped.
Also the wifi kept freezing up which made the tv freeze for a few minutes at a time, so that made it difficult to follow what I was trying to watch.
The room was pretty nice!

Hotel is starting to show its age. Rug was stained and frayed around the seams. I believe thermostats in room are for show only and do not work. Windows are very drafty. Have stayed there 3X in winter and rooms were only 68 degrees. Will definitely not stay there again
