Construction was going on all over the main floor with (white) construction/paint powder and crew working as we walked in. There was no way to get around without getting your nose stuffed with dry paint powder and your shoes and clothing ruined. The facility should absolutely NOT be open with such a degraded and messy experience for paying guests.

Good location for shopping and business in Overland Park and the area. As noted elsewhere the property is being renovated with a temporary registration desk and breakfst area. Other than that the room was excellent, very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Our room was up on the 4th floor, quiet.
Front desk staf was friendly and efficient.

When I booked I was not made aware of construction-renovation. However…room rate likely discounted for that reason. Room was superb and first class. Probably too expensive after renovation.

Flight incoming to KC was canceled due to snow storm and hotel would not issue a refund nor a credit.

I like the room nice and clean.!didn’t like the fact they lobby was on construction and the didn’t notify customers in advance.

This property had a big room for a nice price. It was conveniently located to everything I needed in the area. Staff was super friendly and aswered any questions we had.

Very nice hotel but in the process or remodeling so need to know that. Service and room were excellent. Entrance area was in the process of being worked on.
